I made a reservation at their Call Center and upon arriving at the hotel the check in process was very slow and complicated. They should improve their process, communication or training.

Very good service, only the rooms should be quieter, lots of noise in hallways and rooms on the side, very good accessibility by car and public transportation. Good price.

Fue muy bueno el servicio.

El hotel tiene una buena ubicación, las habitaciones pequeñas nada nuevo y pésimo sistema de cable e internet. La atención del personal es muy buena. El desayuno bufette es malo y poco apetitoso. Siempre hay huevo con jamón un poco quemado y chilaquiles. Frente al hotel hay una plaza donde puedes comer. Recomiendo los cócteles de Camarón.
