Very nice hotel. Great service. Very comfortable beds and rooms. Breakfast has a good choice. Dinner was nice as well.

Elegant hotel wherever you can see it. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The choice of breakfast and dinner canapés included in the price of the room on the executive floor, is very convenient, especially if you go as a family, and are also available on the same floor and in a certain area. If you prefer to pay, the weekend firm in its restaurant is great as well as the a la carte food, there was a festival in honor of Mexican cuisine with menu prepared by renowned chefs. Very good by the staff, always attentive and diligent to what ever asked. The parking lot that by the way had no cost, nor did I know it, there are staff who receive the car. Caution, elegant hotel but also sober, do not expect to stumble on the road by the excessive use of ornaments such as statues, vases, fountains.

The Hotel is extremely expensive for what it offers, the pool is very small and there is a horrible traffic in the area. The parking lot looks very aging. The redesign of the arrival/departure counter is interesting even though it is so small and it is on one side.

I stayed here 2 weeks before moving to Queretaro, the quality of its service is only equated with the excellence of its food, I also went to a wedding here, a beautiful hotel, in the best location.

They have a good selection of entertainment.

This Hotel is an excellent option to stay in the city of Queretaro. As its rooms are comfortable, equipped and Modern. The facilities are spacious, tasteful and their location is very central. The staff of the place are quite friendly, polite and attentive. In the restaurant everything in order Too.

The staff of the restaurant attentive to charge the buffet, then you have to be begging for coffee. One of the days we had to have breakfast on the terrace and there nobody treats you, they even started to remove all the tables around and that is not pleasant. You feel like you're being Run. You can not smoke in any place open or closed except for an exclusive terrace for the case and is disgusting. Nobody cleans it. The powdered chairs and there's nowhere to throw the Butts.

No better hotel in Queretaro than that, was already in many, but this is by far the best hotel.

Nice clean rooms. Stayed at the executive floor. There's a decent American breakfast in the morning and small appetizers on the afternoon. Good place yo stay when in town for any business related activity.

We organize a business event in the Fiesta Americana and it was an excellent experience from start to finish, quotation process was agile, made all the arrangements to fit our budget, installations in very good condition and clean, the Staff what we support very helpful and the food that was served very rich and in good portions.

Simply fantastic hotel! The staff is very courteous, and fills you with attention and gifts of courtesy (a taste of home-made cakes, bottles of water and so on), the rooms are wide, with super comfy bed, large Windows, bathroom with bath and shower. Welcome the addition of Smart TVs, coffee table, sofa/bed, just to want to overdo! Mammoth breakfast, indispensable, with Chef who prepares the dishes to your liking, vast assortment of fruits, yoghurt, croissants, coffee and really who so on and so forth. I've shot enough of hotels, but a breakfast like settles permanently in my top 3 staff. There is a swimming pool and fitness centre at your disposal. If your destination is Queretaro, don't delay and book without hesitation.

I enjoyed my stay in this hotel. They are generally very friendly and open. However, the hotel is a little far from the amazing historical downtown district. Great for business and to just unwind.
