It is a highly recommended lodging option. The site is very beautiful, with good taste and spacious, comfortable and sophisticated spaces. The rooms are ideal for a business trip or vacation. The service provided is friendly and friendly. The location is good, it is surrounded by nice places.

I visited the hotel for a business meeting so I cannot give my opinion about the rooms. The hotel is on a hill so you get a great view of the city. The pool looks good The service in the restaurant was also good.

It's pretty close to downtown, the rooms are nice and spacious. The restaurant it's good but it would be nice to have more options and buffet for dinner.

Excellent choice for business trip, an amazing view of the city of Queretaro, its location is very good for any location you visit. Even though it has its years, the maintenance is good, cleanliness and good service from the staff that caters. Zero noise from the outside, it rests very well. Highly recommended.

The architecture of the hotel is unique and elegant, the rooms are very spacious, with a beautiful view of the city. The food in the buffet is very varied and very rich. The staff in general treated us well and was friendly.

Nice accomodations with great views. Dependants are great problem solvers. The location is great and near of the racing centre, that was the attraction that brought me here.

Nice Hotel with a great view of the city. The room was clean and quite spacious. The restaurant was good with good menu, made to order omelette and a full dinner menu with balcany seating.

Good service Although the Wifi does not work very well, the pool lacks a bit of maintenance, good view and comfortable rooms also have frigobar and microwave oven.

Good location if you have issues to attend to all QRO. They remodeled it recently and it improved a lot. The gym and pool lack maintenance.

I attended a graduation celebration dinner. The food was superb although the waiters were too few for the crowd and the drink orders were very slow to come in. Several at the table loved the cheese and vegetable creamy soup. The flan for dessert was delicious.

The view from this hotel is gorgeous. The rooms are clean and large with an even larger shower and bathroom. A delicious restaurant with a wide variety of food. The staff is very nice and accommodating. I would highly recommend this hotel. If you sign up for IHG before your reservation, you can get a voucher for a free food or appetizer!

Recently remodeled lobby and great view. The location is good but you need a vehicle to reach anything.

Very good facilities. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The great but it is the attention that has the staff of the Front Desk, it is not possible that they assign the same room to two reservations, we took the surprise that another guest entered the room with the depending on that that room had been assigned also… More attention should be placed to achieve an excellent rating!

Very good option to stay, in my opinion is far away from the city center but worth it, the finishes and overall state of the building are good, the attention of your front desk staff is very friendly if you have a chance to ask for room with a view of the Ciuda D is the best as it is an amazing view at night.

Estandia agradable pero no satisfactoria, en mi opinion necesita remodelacion en sus instalaciones y algunos cuartos. No me gusto que el gimnacio no funcionan sus aparatos solo 2 caminadoras y yo queria hacer pesas.

Lousy experiance, although the place is beautiful, I have more than 15 days trying to send me a bill, and nothing, the incompetence of the workers is evident, to practically ignore my calls, it is a mess to contact the billing, it seems that I'm Asking for a favor, I don't return to that place, not recommended for business trips.

The concern for the customer is the most disastrous because they do not put signs of danger of your car or personnel. In addition to submitting the complaint the staff did nothing but observe and retire without more. Be careful with any sewer because if you have the problem do not expect more than a friendly word to make other people responsible.

The event rooms are well located and have good parking place but I feel that they need a remodel inside as they feel a bit outdated and for long events the atmosphere gives sleep.

Great place to have breakfast. The quality of the buffet is excellent and the service is up to par. The place offers a panoramic view of Queretaro. Lots of variety of dishes for different tastes.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Only the screaming of children from adjoining room was heard. Shouting, but outside of that very comfortable and with excellent views of the city.

Room was very nice clean and up to date. Bathroom was modern with walk in shower. Rooms were cleaned every day nicely. Restaurant was ok with good food but I have had better. Workers were very nice helpful and polite. I would stay there again.

Located in exclusive place of Queretaro, with a beautiful view. Somewhat cramped room, away from the center and even more from the Convention center.

The hotel is beautiful, the pool warm at a good temperature. The only thing I dont like is that the shower is not going very fast, the minute you're soaking already overflows
The plants that are close to the pool have a few white things that come out of the plants when they are sick and falls to the pool. Both things I've seen them 2 times in different seasons.

This is a great hotel to enjoy with families because of the amazing pool and great food at restaurant. The location is a little bit far for downtown but this it's not an issue.

I like everything about this hotel except for the Wi-Fi. Also the pool closing at 8 isn't ideal but I get it. The staff was very amenable to Americans though I must say.

Nice location with great city vienes, 15 minutes to Downton by car. Good breakfast, rooms ok.

The Holiday in Queretaro is a 30 minute cab ride from the airport and 10 minute cab ride to all the local history about Mexican Independence. Beautiful view and restaurant affordable food. Rooms are modern and comfortable. Staff is helpful. Only complaint is water pressure and hot water were a gamble.

Very nice hotel, clean, service and unbeatable prices, there was only a problem with the air conditioning which is not cooled, has no refrigerator in the room, the tina-regadera very uncomfortable by the height and that I have a higher than average stature in Mexico.
