Very comfortable place very nice very friendly staff very nice first class facilities the hotel. The holiday inn Acapulco is also very nice but its facilities are not so comfortable I went last month and it is a bit uncomfortable.

The food is delicious, everything absolutely everything that you ask for there is artisan, make your own bread, pasta, in the end, the level of your food is super gourmet, I loved it, highly recommend it.

It is a pity that a hotel of this category does not have hot water and the worst when one reports it to the front desk staff they only care to shrug, this happened on Sunday, March 17, 2019. They did not explain and much less apologise for what of course immediately left the hotel with the firm decision not to return.

This is a brand new hotel with all the commodities thay I would expect, the main living room have a very nice decoration. The food at buffet was delicious. What I would suggest to improve the experience is better attitude of front desk people and an effective control of mosquitos at meeting rooms.

Fantastic staff, a great gift shop with anything you need! The food here is fantastic especially the breakfast buffet! Rooms are kept very very clean. Has an outdoor pool and jacuzzi as well as an indoor gym. They treat all customers like they are family. I highly recommend this place for business traveller's and families!

I was on the 7th floor with a room without an exterior window. The room was nice and not hot, but there were piping noises throughout the night. I had the fan on high, but it shut off and on, so when the fan was off the noises would sometimes wake me. Breakfast was included in my room rate and was quite good. Overall, I would stay there again.

Easily one of the best hotels in Queretaro. The staff always treat you well. The food for lunch/ breakfast is great, and the cost for rooms is reasonable.

Great place with very good spaces highly recommended, prices for the normal you can find hotels with the same quality and a more affordable price but in general very well I recommend looking for search in different pages to find the best price.

Rooms have a good size. Pool is kind of small. Food is not a great. Location is far from downtown and a little complicated to reach. People are very kind, Profesional and helpful.

Good location if you have business in the area of Juriquilla. If not, find a more central hotel. Try to request room with Street View, as there are some with an inside view. Recently they added the bar service and snacks during the week and it's free, just leave the waiter a tip.

So far, so good. Comfortable rooms, more space and quality than the Express range, which is expected for the cost. If you have business to attend to near the Juriquilla area, it is a good option. The Altea square is very close which can be an attraction.

Clean, comfortable bed, well maintained. However the design of the building made it pretty loud and I was woken at 4:00 from noise in the hallway.

We were really able to enjoy a break as the hotel is located in such a way that it is isolated from noise. The rooms are tastefully designed and the furnishings in excellent condition. Highly recommended.

Comfortable Hotel in the area of Jurica and Juriquilla, it looks new, 30 min from the center of Queretaro.

I liked the hotel very much, it is very cozy and nice to stay. You have to move not too far for a restaurant or plaza from the hotel. Highly recommended for travellers although it is somewhat away from the center.

A business class hotel comfortable for after a day of work.

Rooms are clean and quiet. However, for a Holiday Inn the gym is too basic, no atmosphere in the restaurant and bar. Not good value for your money. Only stay here because I am an IHG member.

Light and shadow… Some of the staff is very attentive, some is not… The breakfast after 7 am is fantastic, before the choice is less. My room shared a (locked) door with the neighbor room and therefore was quite noisy (especially since a football team was on the same floor). Close to the highway, you need a taxi for everything (and they are rare). The hotel should invest in a shuttle service.

The gym is a little bit small and does not have any dumbbells. The multi system is kind of worn out and the ropes not move smooth anymore. Besides the gym, the hotel is nice.

The rooms are big and nicely arranged, service is personal and is always available to help. Located in a busy street but still quiet.

The Wi-Fi is AWFUL, hotels have to understand that Wi-Fi is not only free, but speed, able to use skype and other systems, to be able to use Netflix or browse the Internet. I visit that is more close to the offices of my job, is comodo will serve you kindly and complies with what is required to rest in the travel business, which remains for me a duty is that this far from the center of Queretaro, this does not be able to know the City better. Although to get to the airport is much easier.

The decor is very creative. The hall of the event was very clean and the assortment of snacks was very full. I enjoyed their coffee and I loved their variety of salads in the buffet.

The service is very quick and efficient, the food is very rich and the waiters very efficient, the event I attended was very well organized, with reference to the location is central and close to the centre of the city.
