Very attentive and friendly staff except that it was 9:00 AM and they no longer had egg for breakfast at the buffet's and a lot of noise at night by other abitations of foreigners but almost everything perfect.

Room cleaning leaves a lot to be desired, rent 3, the refrigerators had food that left the previous customers.
The 5th floor hallway on the way out of the elevator was dirty for more than 90 minutes.
In my room I didn't find the full courtesies or the equipment, the phone didn't work and they offered to repair it the next day.
The high the hot water was not enough to take a bath.

I love the City Express suites, they have pretty much everything and this is no exception, plus having a pool and the water is at a nice temperature. It also has a charge for Tesla cars which is not very common but interesting that if the hotel has that service is why cars come from this category. Good breakfast, only in high season as it always gets crowded, so take this into consideration. It has a large boardroom, room where you can use a computer and a futbolito in addition to tennis courts.

This place is very cheap has Nice clean good rooms and good service I recommend it.

Very good location at the foot of the road and on the shores of the city, excellent rooms. My room was the 210 all good except for the bathroom, not working well the rate and wasted lots of water. It would be nice to open restaurant because I was hungry and had to order a pizza.

The room was spotless. The Superior Suite has a kitchenette equipped with stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, crockery, cutlery and appliances. The only points to improve would be a higher-capacity parking lot and a wider shower.

The location is perfect, the breakfast is rich, the game area is quite good just like the basketball court and the pool. The Habiataciones have a father style, friendly staff, just everything is excellent. I recommend it widely. I'm staying there again.

The location is good is near of commercial center (Antea, Uptown), about the suites are very comfortable it has a little kitchen with all the basic (electric stove, fridge, coffe maker, toaster). The staff service is good and the building has a swimming pool, basketball court and a game room.

Was a good option to stay during the night with the family, after travel during the day. But I will not chose this option for my holidays.

The rooms are really confortable, the beds were quite big, the staff is always in a good mood, the hotel is close to Antea Mall. Really good choice.

Although we had a reservation, they gave our room to other guests, their claim was we didn't arrive before 7 pm. When we let them know our flight would arrive at 20:30 hrs. To Queretaro. This happened in Holliday, and "Buen Fin" (Mexican version of Black Friday). Hotel is under construction.

The rooms were quite spacious and clean, the breakfast was nice and even though the hallways were a little crammed, it was bit broad enough. There is also a small gym and outdoor pool, as well as a basketball court if you fancy doing some sports during your stay. Either way it is a cozy little hotel with good services.
