All right, the only thing that the TV's in room are flat, but no one goes to a hotel to watch TV.

Excellent hotel! It has a very nice pool, the cleanliness of everything is excellent, the beds are very comfortable and the attention of the staff is quite good. The breakfast was very good. I really recommend this hotel very much.

It's ok, breakfast not bad. For a hampton I accepted a little more for the room.

When calling reception, take a long time to attend, sometimes do not answer the phone, just see it and let it ring. The room I touched was too cold even though we turned off the weather. I didn't have a good.

It is a typical hampton. It was clean the staff was great. It has a bar and a very limited menu. But the food was good. As most Hamptons the breakfast was far from good.

A grime the hotel service, 40 minutes formed to check in and 30 minutes more to give us the room… Not recommended! The staff were very friendly and helpful. And to finish I was assigned to start a busy room… Really disappointing.

I stayed here for a few days, and it is a typical Hampton. The quality is good, but the breakfast was so-so. They also did not have coffee/tea out for the whole day which I would have liked.

The place is nice, clean and quite. The furniture is very comfortable, the location is maybe not the best but for business is ok.

Shuttle bus to town and other extras are standard. Friendly staff and well appointed rooms with king size beds.

Comfortable for a work trip. The room is spacious and comfortable. The cafeteria is basic but it fulfills its function.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I attended a work event and everything was very good. I would only ask them to add air conditioning to their event halls, the morning I spent there was very warm.

Rooms are very clean, good sized with modern decor. Staff is very helpful and polite. They have a complementary breakfast and shuttles to the airport. Overall I was very pleased with my stay.

Good hotel, great location. The food is well dry, a bit annoying the issue of parking with bars but nothing out of the ordinary. Good choice.

Don't even think about asking for a room on the smoking floor. All the rooms on that floor stink of cigars. Even for smokers it is so penetrating that it does not let them sleep. I asked for room change. I was told that it usually has cost but they would make an exception. About the rest of the services, fine. Breakfast is buffet.

Spacious rooms and not to far from down town. Clean. The plugs didn't seem to work to well as they didn't charge any of my electronics. Far from airport if you are wanting to be nearby.

In perfect condition, clean and affordable price. Breakfast is enough to come included complimentary. My only small complaint is that they only leave you water bottle the first day no matter what you stay all week. It's the second time that happens to me.

Very good option to rest. Located on the B. Quintana, near the centre. The rooms are spacious, clean and the bed is very comfortable. The breakfast included saves you time.

The hotel is well included breakfast and is quiet something good is that it does not smell bad like the rest of Queretaro places that smell of drainage.

Comfortable stay. Clean rooms, nice big beds. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Reception staff speak good English. I had a problem with my TV one night and they were very quick to respond and fix it. Breakfast is nice and food is hot, great selection just a little unorganised. Staff found it hard to keep up with clean plates, crockery etc, could have been because it was a public holiday, hotel was busy. Shame the pool was freezing, would have been nice if it was heated. Small but sufficient Gym. There is also self service laundry on site which is useful. Good location, easily accessible. Would stay again and recommend.

Great stay, friendly staff and okay location near downtown. Clean room and bathroom. One knock was it was very hard for a non-native speaker to call the front desk for the hotel shuttle. Someone answered who didn't seem to speak English and ended up disconnecting the call. I ended up using Uber to get to the hotel.

Good service, they should only improve the security. Better watch the tickets, I have no children, but there were children who came in and out of certain places without vigilance, more than anything for their safety even if it is neglect of parents that is reflected in safety, because being so small and fast in a second is ESC Apan.

When I was a kid, something I loved going to America with my parents were the hotels where I was staying they had a unique style of the country. This place preserves that idea, simple but with everything you need to feel at the most luxurious hotel you can imagine.

They property is nice. The staff if friendly. Rooms were clean. Only minor gripe is the internet is slow and the TV's are small but the free breakfast and Happy hour make up for the latter. I'd definitely stay here again.

Windows are locked, so you cannot get fresh air. Breakfast is ok, but normally crowded, so it can difficult to find a clean table. I asked for a taxi on a Saturday as I had an appointment… I waited for more than 30 minutes (the receptionist called the company again), and the taxi never arrived. Lunch is served after 3 pm, no minibar and no dinner served… I would never recommend to anyone!

The Hotel has very good location, breakfast offering this delicious and the rooms very clean and comfortable.

It is an excellent hotel, the attention of the personal was always first, the rooms are spacious and super comfortable beds, location is also very good, the breakfast could improve a little but is quite well.

Their staff is very attentive however breakfast could improve a little more, it is an excellent choice to stay if looking to be close to the tec de monterrey. The hotel has a small swimming pool.
