Lousy room service! Super late and it's the smallest and most expensive breakfast I've ever eaten, plus they changed what I ordered.

The hotel staff has no warmth in the treatment, the hallway that leads to the rooms throughout my stay was never swept or vacuumed, arriving at the Room I found gelatin in my refrigerated and in the other room I booked when I arrived we found hairs on the towel that I used to dry my hands, the parking lot is too narrow, only two breakfast options when you include it in the reservation of your room, the waiter was the only one who has an attitude of service, when I commented on what I found in the rooms, the reception staff thought I was joking with him and never cared to check the toilet of the same, the hallway of the entrance of the room was dirty, I regret this and more so now that we are in a pandemic 😷

A very comfortable working hotel is right at the entrance to Empresalia.
Its facilities are very comfortable as well as the rooms. A very recommended hotel if you come to Queretaro for work and especially if you scare Empresalia.
It has lounges for events, a living room, bar and restaurant. It has parking and shuttle service.

The rooms are very comfortable and spacious. Friendly and attentive service. The car accesses are a little difficult but outside is a great stay.

Very good hotel located on one of the main avenues of the city of Queretaro. It has views of the city, its lobby and business center is very modern and comfortable. The breakfast Buffet is not included, but its price is accessible. The decor and furniture in the room are luxury. Very friendly staff.

Many thanks to the restaurant staff, especially to Grace, Lisbeth and Gèronimo. They carried a lot to make me feel comfortable during my stay there. Unfortunately I can't say the same about the other shift of the restaurant. Disaster team and disaster leader team. So … if you want to feel between friendly people ask for Grace team.

The staff was very friendly, helpful and professional, the room was great, clean and the view to Queretaro was excellent…

Overall this is a surprisingly nice hotel, especially compared to the typical US Courtyard. The rooms are a bit more upscale than expected, the restaurant is functional and convenient and the service is very attentive. While you will not confuse it for a luxury hotel, it's a very comfortable and functional hotel, especially for business travel.

Pesimo Parking, reception on the 1st floor and when you get to the hotel you don't know where Hau to go, I didn't like to be a Marriot.

Lousy! When I arrived there was no one to receive your car, I had to go up, find the lobby and find someone to help me with my car. El hotel cuenta con instalaciones agradables. Las habitaciones son amplias, cómodas y tienen buena limpieza. La Ducha, por no tener puerta, favorece a que se sienta corriente durante la ducha. El desayuno Buffet cuestó, al momento de mi visita, $220MXN. Nada extraordinario en sus opciones.

The food at the restaurant is very good and I really like the size of the gym but the last two times I've stayed at the hotel, the room was not very clean and felt run-down.

I was disappointed the quality of the hotel we asked for a room with extra bed and they could not have it even though the reservation was made with more than 8 days. The room had the air conditioner blocked as they allot a room that doesn't work. They solved it by moving to another room smaller.

Lousy! Excelente ubicación si planeas ir a juriquilla o por negocios a empresalia, las habitaciones son muy amplias y las camas muy cómodas. No cuenta con servicio de desayuno pero el restaurante ofrece diferentes platillos.

Good location, the rooms are very nice and comfortable but when I went the reception was very busy so I spent a lot of time there.

Friendly staff, decent rooms, ok restaurant Pros: 2 for 1 happy hour on beer 7 to 9, complimentary valet service, good breakfast spread. Cons: Water in shower smells bad, view from rooms sucks compared to other hotels (see crown plaza). I could not exchange US currency or get pesos from counter, also see other hotels in area. Hope this helps.

Nice, clean, new hotel, located at 10 mins by car to the city's center, the beds are quite comfy, no complaints at all, definitely I would stay at it again.

Friendly staff. Fantastic rooms. Exercise facility with treadmills, elliptical, bikes and dumbells. English speaking is muy bueno.

I was really positively surprised about this Location. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was nicely decorated, clean and the view to Querterao was excellent. And on top you'd never expect to get this all at a very attractive rate. Well done.
