The hotel was nice and clean with good breakfast options.
The customer appreciation nights were very nice.
Noise from traffic was a problem at night.

The hotel is great in all senses, service is fantastic and the food, the botana and drinks afternoons and the rooms are absolutely fantastic. I will come back here without a doubt.

Very nice hotel. Has a very good restaurant too (pricey). Four stars to the room as shower/bathtub drain was not working and water was accumulating while you shower.

The rooms are very spacious and the bed are luxurious. The pool is warm and not deep; the outside area is lovely and very cozy. Service is top tier, everybody was so kind and helpful.

Excellent service, all personnel very attentive and polite.
Regular room is a bit small, no complains other than that. Highly recommended.

Went on business trip… first time there and stayed on 5th floor… employee are friendly and its connected to like a plaza that has other restaurants so also a plus so no need to drive out for dinner…

The hotel is simple, but is very good. The breakfast offers traditional Mexican food like beans. Staff is very nice. The Central Bus Station is only a street crossing far away.

Very nice hotel. They have laundry that is self serve. It's actually "free" if you have your own laundry detergent which is nice but they also sell it. It's next to the gym.

Met our needs. Clean. Comfortable bed. The underground parking garage was our deciding factor as we were traveling with a loaded vehicle we did not want to unload overnight. Staff was nice.

Everything about this hotel was great and the location was very good too. A bit noisy, but that is expected given how close it is to highway 57.

Newly remodeled lobby and rooms/bathrooms was a pleasant surprise! There were some events in the area the day of my stay, so the hotel was fully booked. I'm glad to have booked in advance online.

We spent a single night here on our drive to Zacatecas. We know the standard that this chain has for room comfort, so that was expected.

It is a nice hotel in SaltiIIo, Mexico. The reason why I gave 4 starts to room, is bathroom which is so dated. The room is big and beautiful though.

The condition of this hotel is not the best (clean but do not provide refrigerator and microwave in the room) but their front desk team are the best!
