Super bad service, I paid the room to insure it and when they arrived they did not have the room. The information they give changes, they tell you one thing on the phone and they don't comply with what they say.

The guests who touched us on the side of our room partyed all night, with alcohol, very loud music, let in people who were not staying at the hotel, in a nutshell they made a lot of fuss and the management did nothing about it.

Nice hotel to rest spacious rooms with large gardens old décor but in general it is clean and functional, the only detail is that it has no restaurant.

It has a pool well father and very quiet is worth.

I'm so disappointed about this hotel, bad internet, only one person attending at night, ants in the bed, bad odor in the sink, sometimes no electricity, dirty pool. The Good. It's quiet and relax, well located, spacious rooms but definitely not a 4 starts hotel. I've spent 15 days at this hotel so far because my company is paying, otherwise I would have already changed it.

A great place, very comfortable and centric, as everything is very close, the service Wi-Fi is the only thing that you have to owe a lot, but from there in out very good, affordable prices and rooms in good condition.

The location was a visit to the hotel pool, and I found it to be a nice place, with the basic measures of civil protection and, what I noticed was that the pool was not entirely clean… but I had a good time.

500 pesos and you get a night in the car park, with restrooms and water available. People are nice, Wi-Fi at the office, and quiet location all things considered.

I had not had the opportunity to know the long stay rooms in this hotel, the truth is that they are very good, they look like apartments, almost the size of a house with 2 rooms. It has an excellent location as you will find different food stores and very close to galleries.

It's having alot of good things, good rooms and services still some security concerns are there. So, a good place but not the best.

They haven't sent me my bill and it's hard to communicate with the staff.

We stayed at the RV park section of the hotel. The price is a bit steep for Mexico maybe but it's really safe and clean.

T charge for something q not worth it. The rooms have no heating and never t solve nothing…

Great place, comfty beds, only little problems with Wi-Fi, but overall a nice place to stay.

The worst hotel in my entire life! The TV in the room is old, the air conditioning does not serve as a plank for 5 rooms, the pool out of service, the water from the shower just comes out hot. We pay 7 rooms and we asked for Late check out and did not gave even one hour! Lousy Internet service, all wrong. Very bad experience.

It is an average large Hotel… They are decent rooms always have hot water, in some useless foci service on ek restaurant isn't very good.
