Hotel it's nice and clean service it's great and the best it's that there is a option of more that 5 restaurant right next to the hotel with amazing food and nice vibe.

I enjoyed my stay at Doubletree, it was the fourth time I have stayed there. I enjoy the larger Hilton Honors rooms. I really enjoy the neighboring restaurants as these give me more options since I don't have to take a taxi.

And a very complete hotel, pretty much has everything you could want, from gym to pool, rooms with mini kitchen… Really good hotel. Comfortable especially for business travellers between Ramos and Saltillo.

Cumple con las expectativas básicas que se espera de un hotel de está categoría, sin embargo, considerando que nuestra estancia en este hotel ha sido por más d una ocasión, es notable la falta de mantenimiento y atención en algunas áreas (los baños, la alberca, más atención a detalles tales como limpiar más seguido los pasillos, el aseo de las habitaciones, ya que no limpian los muebles) en fin, pese a ello, para nosotros sigue siendo nuestro lugar consentido para hospedarse en Saltillo.

I love this hotel, it's the second time I stay in it and I always get thankful with attention to detail in all areas of the hotel. Everyone is very friendly and willing, from the lobby staff, to the front desk, to the people who clean the rooms. The main gym of the hotel (there are two, the other is bigger) is a pleasure: it is small but it has what is necessary for a HIIT routine: dumbbells, bar for listening, yoga mats; If yours is still the treadmills or ellipticals there you also find them along with clean towels and bottles for hydration. The pool is very chlorinated, so a shower at the end is recommended to avoid allergies. The breakfast buffet is another one of the pleasures. At least 5 options to compose your dish, besides fruit with yogurt, granola, cottage cheese (small details that complement your palate), juice of the day and bread to finish to satiate some extra craving. Perhaps the attention of the staff in this area is not the fastest and they need to pay attention but when you ask them something missing they act quite politely. Please be sure that in the room there is a kitchenette (stove not included, microwave oven yes), a sofa bed and a bar you can work comfortably. This time the room service was not attentive and they delayed to clean the room but upon request they acted immediately.

Great rooms, and courteous service. The only minor issue was that they made me wait an hour to check-in because the rooms were not ready.

Nice rooms and staff, excellent food right next door. Internet is TERRIBLE (0.1mbps upload) so business trips can be rough.

Great hotel, confortable and a Lot of space.

Bad service in restaurant. The television looks bad, it's old screens. It takes Muuucho to bill. The SPA and Lounge service is open only a couple of hours a day… Not recommended…

A very nice hotel, nice and quiet, they receive you very well and even give you a welcome gift… The food in the restaurant is also very rich.

The rooms need renovations. I had problems with the hot water one day and the air conditioner did not work well, only the highest speed of the fan worked. The attention is good.

A very good choice of lodging, the rooms are very spacious and the building has good layout, the only downside is that it is currently being remodeled, and its location is a little removed from the economic restaurants as it has some Options of restaurants that are of specialties.

Old-fashioned furniture but comfortable. Not the best of Saltillo but Ok. Breakfast is good.

Nice hotel, has indoors pool, several restaurants and they give you a delicious cookie at the check in. The rooms are big, it has refrigerator and microwave so you can bring some food to the room. It has a big screen T. V. And a cosy sofa. It's location is good since is near some industrial complexes and even a mall os nearby.

A queen bed was not available so I had to settle for two doubles which are a bit too small for me. Pillows and overall comfort are good enough to get a decent night's rest.

Very pleased with my stay. At the very limits of town, but with plenty to eat and drink at walking distance. But I didn't like, if that there is a very popular Mexican bar just in front of my room. Luckily, this was an election weekend and bar was closed. Suites are spacious and comfortable. Nice flat TV on both rooms. Breakfast is delicious with excellent service. My second time in Saltillo in the past 6 months, and my second stay at DoubleTree. Will definitely stay again if I'm ever back to Saltillo.
