Very good stay and very clean in the restaurant very rich food and very good service.

Excellent hotel, very good price, great kindness of Marcella the receptionist, very nice and willing to help. The facilities impeccable. Without a doubt return to this hotel.

A decent place. The staff was friendly. The elevator wasn't working while I was there, but they gave free breakfast as a courtesy. I'm sure it's now fixed.

It's nice the hotel but I didn't like that they didn't have an extended check out.

Everything was fine, but at night no longer close the parking which makes it more prone to some unwanted situation, fortunately we suffered no percamsede that type. But overall everything was excellent.

I think from my point of view the best hotel in Saltillo, the Suite is excellent.

The hotel is a good option to stay. I would have given 4 stars if I had not gone to breakfast: It was bad, and with little choice. When we charged breakfast we wanted to charge at adult price The buffet as a child, but we claim. From the start we said we needed to pay by credit card, but having eaten they came out with their terminal failing and it was impossible to charge it to the room bill. There was then to go out to get cash. It seemed rather a pretext to evade taxes. So the Hotel Nuvola, for its restaurant, came out Hotel Burro.

Very full breakfast, modern and spacious rooms, air conditioning in all areas and good service. It also has a very good view of Saltillo.

This in a very good place, we catered very well, plus the breakfast is the wave, the rooms were very comfortable, there was always hot water, plus that on the roof has a Jacuzzi.

It really is a very good value for money, the hotel has a contemporary design and the rooms are really comfortable, with very clean bathrooms and good finishes, the attention of the staff far superior to other hotels.

I think Qu3 just have to check in the moment if one consumes food at 23:00 hrs. They must check in at that time and not dejarsela to the person entering after 23:30 because Factuta cob date of the next day.

I went for labor issues and I really liked the hotel very much. Clean, modern, with an amazing terrace. I can't say more, I liked it a lot.

All very good I slept excellent beds very comfortable, great management attention, and location. Congratulations.

Clean. Restaurant on premises. Room was a little beat up. Looked a bit like it had been a room for construction workers. Friendly staff. Spoke some English. Wi-Fi was fair.

This very well only in the restaurant there is no food after 9 PM.

Clean, very good price and all running: TV, MiniSplit, bathroom, lights, etc. (room 305)
Had dinner a night and we seemed expensive.
But the next day we had breakfast there and everything changed, the price included breakfast: juice Orange, papaya, yogurt, cereals, bread, milk, butter, jam, honey, egg with ham, all to prepare chilaquiles, beans and a delicious well seasoned nopalitos, hash with potatoes, all very tasty.
The service very familiar, we liked.
And yes it recommend, but must mention that not is near the center of Saltillo, leave the truck in the basement of the hotel and we went to the Center in taxi, pay 50 pesos with taximeter, and 50 for return.
But is near the Museum, there we were in the truck and is direct, of there we returned to Monterrey.
The Museum, which is extraordinary, exceeded our expectations.

Recommended very good service and attention.

The attention was very good and the room is very spacious, everything was better than I expected and very clean, I could not use the hot tub that was not prepared, but the view is phenomenal, definitely don't think twice, it was the best stay we had in Saltillo.

Excellent personally. Room as if it had never dawned nor a ray of sunshine entered, the Gym, and third that Whirlpool tub as from honeymoon. You do not have to anything to get out of there recommended.
