A wonderful place to stay. The rooms are large and very nice. Air conditioner worked great. It was quiet and comfortable.
The restaurant in the hotel was very good and the service was excellent. I highly recommend the hotel.
Nice rooms, but the service is not too good, (had a hard time getting a towels for the pool) the pool is nice but needs more attention to clean it from the palm trees debris, dirt and some dead mosquitoes, also if you have a car, the parking is limited, if you get there too late it's full.

I recently stayed here and believe the hotel has potential, but it urgently needs attention to maintenance and food quality. My room had mosquitoes, the lamp and the bathroom exhaust fan didn’t work, and there was a noticeable lack of cleanliness. The staff was friendly, but the condition of the facilities and the food are not up to the standard or price expected from a Fiesta Inn. I hope they can invest in improving these aspects, because the location is convenient and it could be a great option in Saltillo.
