Lousy service. I would not recommend it.

Very far out of the way from my company’s location. No restaurants easily accessible by walking. Not updated; windows are old aluminum frame. Door has large gaps surrounding it. Poor or no Wi-Fi in room, streamed Netflix using my hotspot. Nail clippings in carpet and bed; cockroach in shower. In-house restaurant charges high prices for microwaved food. They also would not charge to my room, then they couldn’t read my credit card which I’d used an hour earlier at check-in. Couldn’t switch because everything else was booked and they would charge an extra night.

Good service, super comfortable room, very rich breakfast buffet. You should only consider the hours of check in and check Outd.

Breakfast is very good. The rooms are very comfortable. They don't give shampoo. Take yours. They play to clean room A, 8am. Don't be frightened.

The worst kind of Service I ever saw and experienced! Named as 5-Star Hotel, but the way they take care of customers is less than 1-star! I can't even believe I had to wait for almost 1 and Half hours to get a bottle of Water! I had to call like around 10 times and after the long wait I went to reception and made me wait there for another 10 minutes to get me a water! I will be really pleased if I can report this to some higher authority!

This hotel has a serious management problem. They don't know which room is busy or clean. We arrived from the road to rest on a REAL road and they give us a dirty room, waiting to solve if we change or the clean it will go 45 minutes. They decide to move us to another room that when opening it has bone suitcases is busy. They give us a suite and upon arrival it is busy, we return to the initial room saying that they cleaned it and that it was supervised, that we checked the beds. In front of Mr. Simon who brought our bags we checked the sheets and they were dirty with hair. They send us a cleaning person to change the sheets. It's 10:00 in the evening after two hours of wandering around the hotel. We can rest. It is clear that the management people have no idea of carrying a hotel. I miss this hotel chain.

It's a highly recommended place. The value and quality go according to the price paid. In some topics exceeded my expectations. I really enjoyed my visit and the attention of the staff is great. I would definitely come back, I found what I was looking for. I especially recommend it.

Be careful when booking through agency. In our case we arrived and there was our reservation. The hotel has more like motel structure as you park outside your room, which is comfortable but somewhat unsafe.

Lousy service! They don't respect reservations! They never give an adequate answer at reception! And the restaurant leaves a lot to be desired! I will not stay there again on my trips to SALTILLO!

I had never felt so badly cared for by a Hotel chain, incompetence in the service of restaurant this day Sunday March 25 2018 _ Buffet service which according to its promotional printed starts at 06:00 am and being already 09:30 am not yet complete the bar Ra's buffet, under the pretext that they have priority a rented event for 180 people ___ I do not recommend at all these facilities.

Referente al Camino Real Saltillo, la limpieza de las habitaciones (blancos, baños) es pésima. La comida del restaurante es mediana. Las condiciones de las habitaciones necesitan revisión. Lo único rescatable es la actitud del personal.

Nice place. It just doesn't have a lot of handicap access, lots of stairs. A person in a wheelchair could not go to the restaurant.

Lousy service, I went to a conference. We turned off the internet, the coffee break didn't put it until the end, they don't even know where the rooms are. Filthy service!

The restaurant is disgusting, I don't know how the few people who attend here keep doing it. Everything is overheating and cold high. The staff they have hired… who the hell chooses it? Extremely grumpy and sometimes even rude, you ask for the bill and are already asking you how much you will stop tipping. This place is no good at all.

I do not give any star, I am travel agent, today I went to a breakfast training and at reception they tell me there is no event, and if there was! About 3 months ago I carried a cel charger for a person staying there. Never came to his hands, which by Q gave it to someone else! Lis group Breakfasts Terrible, the guild always ask Q do not do the events there, we know Q will be cold food, scarce, lousy waiters, no supplements on the table like salsa or tortillas. Not as they remain Camino Real, by Q do not seem. It hurts of built so big and pretty.

I've stayed here multiple times for work. Large, clean rooms with patios, great food & an exceptional staff.

I attended a job training session, so of course they offered a nice coffee break, the attention was good, and the place was cleaned.

A hotel that leaves a lot to be desired. Old rooms, broken doors, poor service in the restaurant, cold food If you order room service, housekeeping in the room also very poor as on more than one occasion they did not leave clean towels or soap. I don't recommend it.

Quiet and comfortable — once you get used to the building layout. I was particularly happy with the breakfast spread and service. Some of the rooms feel a little dated, but nothing to complain about.

The rooms aren't all that. Nice enough. The room we stayed in had a weird smell. They need to step it up a notch with the cleaning/disinfectanting. Not worth the 1600 pesos we paid.

First and last time we stayed at this hotel. When my woman and I are going to Saltillo usually us stayed in the Huizache that without being a great hotel is quite comfortable, clean, has good service and is very well located. Unfortunately already not had rooms for the date requested (Saturday 11 of June). Looking for others options di with the Hotal Camino Real Saltillo and thought, good, is worth the penalty pay slightly more with such of rest well.
The day following (Sunday 12 of June) my female was to run a half marathon and had that lavantarnos to them 5 of it tomorrow. Arrived the Saturday and despite count with reservation had to wait nearly 20 min. That we were assigned room. It is not that there was so many people ahead of us, but that registration process is slow.
We got to the room, we install and seemingly everything. Went out to do some shopping, went to dinner and back to the hotel with the idea of sleep. It was then when the nightmare began. It first that we noticed is that within the room all is listen. So what happens outside, as what takes place from one room to another. In our room there was a door that is connected to the next room. I guess that it is for cases where a family occupies two rooms. The case is that through that door is heard everything that happens in the room of the side.
We tryed to sleep when 11 of the night we hear the hotel talking on the walkie talkie.

Very bad restaurant. Salad with avocado black. Old and stale bread. Ask caldo tlalpeño and you bring broth of chicken with rice, without chickpea, without panela, without avocado, without chipotle. Very nice hotel but the employees are a few thieves, leave my stuff yesterday to go out and buy a material and when I returned already had taken money and accessories of my suitcase, not to mention the lousy internet service.

It's a bit far from the city downtown, anyway, excellent hotel, nice rooms, nice place, restaurant is ok, service is really good.

What I like about Royal Road is their customer service and staff is specifically prepared for his post.

Lack of amenities at the hotel force you to go outside the hotel for food and entertainment, of which nothing is around. Outdated roomand furnishings make for an unpleasant stay.

Does not deserve diamonds and maybe even five stars. Smoking rooms, daily things you don't change, you may not use the fridge, there is no coffee maker, there are many details in more than one room. Air conditioning or heating do not always work.

Room 660 with leak in the shower of dirty water that comes from the room of the plant high, very unpleasant and I change the smoking room. Very bad indeed! and have the award 4 diamond AAA! It may not be.
