Good clean place quiet only the receptionist in the afternoon of not very good attitude but the one in the morning I notice things very friendly the gentleman the breakfast q include good place to stay.

Nothing recommended, I imagine they changed admin, cleanliness, mistakes and no Manager, since you arrived they put you a letter that customer satisfaction comes first, however after asking to speak with the manager to external my concerns only wasted my time, left my cell phone and never communicated.
I recommend you go better to another hotel.

Llegamos sin reservación, pero el trato para decirnos que no habia habitación disponible fue despóta. Una ocasión anterior ya me hospedé ahí y no me avisaron que incluía desayuno.

Private parking is included. Breakfast was good and enough. Will definitely come back. Plus: Right outside there is a nice French restaurant and a Starb. Cafe.

Beautiful hotel, familiar, nice and spacious, and on leaving, 7 MTS to the left. A delicious French restaurant, and to be at 7 MTS. A Starbucks.

Excelente ubicación adyacentea una vía rápida, cerca del centro, del Museo de Desierto, y de buenos restaurantes. Habitación confortable y limpia, personal amable y atento. Cuenta con estacionamiento y alberca.

The location was great for me, they offered breakfast and transportation in the city for free. The employees are friendly and willing to always help. They have laundry service at an affordable cost. The pool is delicious, the water is warm and at very good temperature. The rooms are comfortable, clean and very functional. My stay at this place has been very enjoyable.

Waiters as cops claiming "a cupon" for breakfast… that should be obtained at reception. Being that there is no prior notice.

The salom was fine as well as the coffee break.

A super nice place to spend the night in Saltillo, this in an accessible place that is quite close to a crowded square, has ample parking and a Starbucks just outside the hotel ideal to go out to buy a coffee and spend a while, offers cocktails of Welcome, also has breakfast buffet with very delicious options and room service by the Italian restaurant that is right outside the hotel, the rooms are quite spacious and clean, the bathroom is very comfortable and has a desk and Cable TV as well as air conditioning and heating, the views offered by the same hotel are quite good… Highly recommended.

Motel old and a little careless. Expensive for the level offering and compared with similar hotels. The only good thing that has is that it is next to an excellent restaurant and a café.
