The staff is polite and friendly. Wi-Fi practically did not work in Nomar — the signal simply did not last, it constantly disappeared. All four days they talked about some kind of force majeure.

The soundproofing was terrible. It felt like you were sharing a room with your neighbors.

The rooms are compact but well thought out: comfortable bed, good shower, free Wi-Fi. We were pleased with the little things: a kettle with tea/coffee in the room, bottled water daily.

I booked a room for three people, expecting a folding bed for the third person, but was delighted to find a full-size bed with a mattress. Breakfast was included for all three and was delicious.

I stayed here in summer of 2025. This hotel has excellent service. All staff are extremely courteous, friendly and helpful. The room was clean when I arrived, and each day I received a great refresh.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Monaco Hotel in Astana, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in many ways.

Totally Hotel Monaco looks nice. Friendly staff also nice breakfast but standard room needs upgrade. Room deluxe much better than standard.

My husband and I stayed here for New Year's! The apartment is very cozy, with everything we needed (dishes, towels, robes, hairdryer). We were very pleased. Thank you for your hospitality!

We arrived at 6:00 AM. We checked in based on our early booking. The staff were very polite and the breakfast was delicious. The room wasn't big, but it had everything we needed.

A cozy hotel, not far from the center. There's a cafe where you can order breakfast, and the Wi-Fi is excellent on every floor. I didn't get a chance to try the sauna (my stay was short).

I was on a short visit to Astana in June and stayed in this nice cozy place. The hotel staff is friendly and always ready to meet the wishes of the guest, without straining him financially.

The bathrooms need to change the plumbing, but this is a good hotel.

We stayed at the Aner Hotel for 3 days. I liked everything: a comfortable room, which was cleaned every day, a delicious breakfast according to a pre-selected menu, and a convenient location.
