Cleanliness, quality of bed linen.
On the second day, they didn't give us tea, toiletries, or water.

The staff was welcoming, friendly, and customer-focused. The reception and common areas were clean and pleasant.

Good big room. With water tub on bathroom and good heater… also very nice breakfast.
No plug points in room. Cleaning need to be improved.

I recommend the Pulsar Hotel. It has a clean room, a king-size bed, crisp white sheets, towels, slippers, and plenty of clean drinking water.

A very unusual option. It's great that there's a locker for your things, and the bed itself also closes. It's right in the center, the location is fantastic.

Conveniently located, within walking distance of Baiterek, the currency exchange office, cafes, and restaurants. Khan-Shatyr is about a 20-minute leisurely walk away.
The bathroom is a bit tired.

Spacious room, convenient location in the old town, friendly staff. Breakfasts were delicious, and the coffee machine was a particular surprise.

Overall the hotel is good, most importantly, inexpensive. The room has a refrigerator, hairdryer, air conditioning, TV with youtube connected. There is a shared microwave downstairs.

A transportation hub, currency exchange, restaurant, and bakery are nearby. Cafes, shopping centers, attractions, and the waterfront are nearby. The people are friendly and always willing to help.

I am very pleased with the hospitality of the Altyn Adam Hotel. The breakfast is delicious, filling, and served with a warm smile, and the room is clean and strong.

The service is good, delicious hearty breakfast. The woman at the reception is very friendly and helped me get a kettle in the middle of the night) Aruzhan Apai was friendly at breakfast.

A cozy hotel, not far from the center. There's a cafe where you can order breakfast, and the Wi-Fi is excellent on every floor. I didn't get a chance to try the sauna (my stay was short).

I was on a short visit to Astana in June and stayed in this nice cozy place. The hotel staff is friendly and always ready to meet the wishes of the guest, without straining him financially.

Great hostel in Astana. Stayed a private room for three nights. Comfortable bed, great showers with stronger water pressure. There are supermarkets and lots of cafes nearby.

We greatly enjoyed our stay in this hotel for a total of 4 days. Staff are very friendly and supportive. Rooms are clean, and importantly, bed sheets are white and smell so fresh as if new.

The other day I stayed at the Versailles Hotel in Astana, I really liked it. It was very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly! The service was excellent!

Spacious apartments, high ceilings, 2 elevators, clean entrances, video surveillance in the entrance and elevator, developed infrastructure, landscaped yard, underground parking.

I liked this place because of the clinic with qualified doctors.

Good afternoon! Everything went absolutely wonderful. We needed some rest after the train and before our flight. We rested and freshened up. No complaints. We were greeted warmly.

I visited Astana, the capital of Kazakhstan, for the first time and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of service found in this city.
