Flats Hostel

Very comfortable hostel, clean and cozy, staff and guests are very nice, bed linen is snow-white and already made, sleeping place is comfortable and secluded, free tea in the kitchen.

I arrived at the hostel in the spring. I liked everything, the atmosphere was pleasant, calm, homely, I would even say. The linen is clean, the kitchen and toilets are tidy and clean. The refrigerators are regularly cleaned, so I was calm about the safety of the food. The people are nice, both at the reception and visitors. The door is with intercom, so you feel safe.
Thanks to the owners of the hostel, I liked everything!

Not a bad place, there is a market 5 minutes away and transport. Among the residents I came across a guy dressed as an anime girl (literally, skirt, ears, everything) and playing a Microsoft flight simulator on DS, an elderly man from Finland who is engaged in eco-cleaning and wears his pants lowered, explaining this as a Finnish tradition, a girl learning the language from books, always sacrificially ready to help and in the background walking "workers" or people who stopped for a couple of days on business.
Personally, I had a bad sleep, but they were interested in it and tried to improve it in every possible way, they asked me directly and generally monitored (I suffer from insomnia myself and it’s hard for me to judge ~ although on the last day (I stayed for a week) I came across a newly arrived person begging for nasvay at 5am from one of the guests “bro, give me some nasvay, I’ll soak up the heat and fall asleep, you have a whole box, I had a fight with the guys, my head is fucked, give me some nasvay, I’ll soak up the heat and fall asleep. Etc. ”), I don’t know how often this happens, but overall the place doesn’t look marginal and is equipped with all the amenities and a free atmosphere).
Overall, the impression was positive and the image of the place itself is something like a local club from cyberpunk 2077 located under the building of a large corporation with interesting and friendly people in their own way.

What kind of minibar do you have there! Bang burger is a total blast! Service like in Rixos for 4000! The royal bed fell into the mattress and passed out in exactly 4 seconds.
In fact, cleanliness and order are the main thing! Everyone follows the rules!

I liked the hostel, most importantly it’s spacious, there’s a common room with a TV, there’s a co-working space, cooking is no problem, laundry is free, and what I like most is that the sheets are already made in the bed, you don’t have to worry about making them, it’s completely worth the price 👍

Modern hostel. Capsules with orthopedic mattresses. There is a socket and a shelf for a telephone (which is not available in all hostels). Clean bathrooms. The kitchen also has everything you need: tea, coffee, sugar. For any time from overnight to long stay.

Khostel hostel or flets is the perfect place for a solo traveller or even if you're a couple. This is just in the centre of the city so there is a main tourist attraction nearby from this hostel, many cafe nearby & the famous India gate restaurant is just on walking distance from this hostel, The language barrier is everywhere in Astana but in this hostel one guy he speak English well lovely guy mature & the other guy is from Africa working in this hostel he is fluent in English nice and very decent. So I recommend that all foreign tourists should stay there if you are visiting Astana🇰🇿, perfect place for solo traveller and budget traveller.

We came from another city. Our first experience of spending the night in a hostel and we were very pleased. Clean, cozy, polite staff. Convenient location! Next time we’ll come straight to you)

Overall everything is good.
The noise rules don't actually work… I only needed to spend the night and get up early, but all night someone was walking around, slamming doors and rustling bags. But this apparently depends on the people. In general, I didn’t get much sleep, it’s a shame.

Since my arrival from the airport I have been living here for more than two weeks, the comfort of the place and the cleanliness and family atmosphere is the best place and the least expensive, I advise you, I have met many guys from many countries.

This is the most magnificent hostel I have been to in my entire life! Everything about it is perfect, from the administrators who work there to the design and amenities. I lived here for more than a month, and I was left with a lot of warm impressions. Gatherings with people, games of liqueurs, heart-to-heart conversations with admins. And these showers and bed linen are a separate story. Especially after the hostel for 2000 tenge🤣
I don’t understand why it displeased people who rated it below 4 stars, apparently competitors who are not able to compete with a hostel of that level.
