Better then Rixos Alma Aty. At least rooms are clean and more comfortable. But property is old. Rest was good.

This was my first visit to Astana, and staying at Hotel Rixos President Astana left me deeply impressed.

This was my first visit to Astana, and my first time in Kazakhstan. The hotel made me incredibly welcome and were helpful and professional to a person.

I had a great time at The St. Regis! The place looks stunning, very elegant and comfortable. Big thanks to Rauf, the chef at the Japanese restaurant, for helping me pick the best dishes.

My stay at the Sheraton Astana was nothing short of outstanding.
From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort.

Great place to stay, service is good, and the atmosphere is much more chill, quiet and peaceful than in some other nice hotels in Astana.

Every time I travel to Astana, I stay at various 5-star hotels, but I always end up choosing Hilton Astana.

Really good hotel room price are good as the services and the food quality is amazing located near by a mall and a lot of services.

Good big room. With water tub on bathroom and good heater… also very nice breakfast.
No plug points in room. Cleaning need to be improved.

A very pleasant place. The furniture in the room is a little tired, but the price-quality ratio is good. I definitely recommend it.

What I liked:
The reception staff was very attentive: they genuinely helped, not just for show—they even suggested nearby places to go and what time to order breakfast.

The staff is very nice, they take care of everything and help with everything! Breakfast is included. It's warm. The bed linens are nice and clean.

I was pleasantly shocked when I walked into my room. When I booked, the room in the photo wasn't very big. In reality, it's like a whole arena for a football team!

A very decent and warm hotel. My husband and I stayed here for 30 years. The hotel gave us a complimentary champagne and chocolate bar!

We stayed at the hotel for a week. The staff was incredibly attentive. Any requests were fulfilled promptly, within reason, of course. It was clean. Warm, even hot.

Very good location. Hotel average for a four star. I am not sure if I will book it again. The swimming pool and spa is not part of the hotel as I thought. You pay for these facilities.

The hotel has seen better days. The best part is that it is at a central location — and very convenient. However service was so-so, decor a bit dated, towels were very old/thin.

Really nice hotel with great staff. The rooms were beautiful but exceptionally warm. Our room rarely went below 27C unless we opened the windows.

I booked a room for three people, expecting a folding bed for the third person, but was delighted to find a full-size bed with a mattress. Breakfast was included for all three and was delicious.

The staff is polite and friendly. Wi-Fi practically did not work in Nomar — the signal simply did not last, it constantly disappeared. All four days they talked about some kind of force majeure.

We were at a revolving restaurant on the 23rd floor. The service is good but the design itself is outdated. Prices are slightly above average.

In the room a lot of breakdowns, soap and shampoo were absent which is again unacceptable in a “4 star hotel”

The other day I stayed at the Versailles Hotel in Astana, I really liked it. It was very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly! The service was excellent!

Spacious apartments, high ceilings, 2 elevators, clean entrances, video surveillance in the entrance and elevator, developed infrastructure, landscaped yard, underground parking.

I liked this place because of the clinic with qualified doctors.

Overall, not bad. The rooms were tired, the ventilation didn’t work, which made it stuffy at night. Breakfast is a buffet with limited choice, if something runs out it is not replenished.

A cozy hotel, not far from the center. There's a cafe where you can order breakfast, and the Wi-Fi is excellent on every floor. I didn't get a chance to try the sauna (my stay was short).

I was on a short visit to Astana in June and stayed in this nice cozy place. The hotel staff is friendly and always ready to meet the wishes of the guest, without straining him financially.
