Hotels in Astana with a Pool

I was pleasantly shocked when I walked into my room. When I booked, the room in the photo wasn't very big. In reality, it's like a whole arena for a football team!

A very decent and warm hotel. My husband and I stayed here for 30 years. The hotel gave us a complimentary champagne and chocolate bar!

Overall — good: clean, quiet, comfortable.

The staff is polite and friendly. Wi-Fi practically did not work in Nomar — the signal simply did not last, it constantly disappeared. All four days they talked about some kind of force majeure.

Lovely staff, I love it.
The girls at the reception (ilina-aroujan-krestina) did take care very good of me.
Thank you for having me.

The rooms are normal, but there is one big BUT. There is a terrible smell in the hotel itself. We were given a smoking room, as I understand it. The smell of cigarettes was everywhere.

Great hotel. Clean, not smoky. I often relax here alone, I’m pregnant myself, so I appreciated the cuisine first of all🤗 the Thai meat is amazing. The staff is very attentive.

Excellent bathhouse with good service. We were with friends during 30 degree frosts and the best thing was a bathhouse + an ice hole. I felt like I was born again.

I really liked the bathhouse. A friend invited me. There is a river nearby, it’s great to dive right into the steam room. There is a large table to sit with company. The samovar is a separate issue.

Good afternoon,

I liked everything 🙌

The bathrooms need to change the plumbing, but this is a good hotel.

The food is delicious, the cooks are excellent! The service staff is very hospitable, polite, I am grateful that there are people on earth like in TOMIRIS! Irina.

Amazing place to stay. Beautiful location. Very friendly staff. And awesome swimming pool.

The rooms are decorated in an original and stylish way.

If you're in town for a short business trip and prefer a hotel apartment then this is your place. Prices are reasonable and it's very central.

The most comfortable. Cleanliness. In the center of the right bank. I recommend.

Everything is clean, cozy, quiet. The room has a refrigerator, a kettle, a minimal set of dishes. The administrators are polite and friendly.

Was enjoyable stay Many things need to maintenance improve such as shower sink. It’s leaking to my room and making bad smell at my room.

For our son’s birthday, we always come as a family from Karaganda and stay in Duman, the rooms are a solid 4, the breakfast is a solid 5, the location is 5+, considering that the hotel positions
