We held an as (funeral dinner) here in a small hall on the second floor. Overall, not bad, but we were in a hurry with our choice; the city is full of new beautiful establishments that hold events at the same price and you don’t have to buy anything yourself. On the plus side, delicious meat. Of the minuses: the service leaves much to be desired, but in general it will be fine, the dough for the beshparmak was sticky, the water in the tea seemed to come from a tap, the room itself was very cramped, we regretted not choosing a larger room, the guests felt cramped and stuffy. We were told at first that the projector was included in the price, and at the end of the event we were told to pay an additional 20 thousand. We bought a lot of things ourselves, although the choice of establishment was mainly motivated by savings.

I was at the restaurant, everything was fine, but the salads were too salty, tell the chefs.

Kitchen for 2, hot food is not tasty at all, salads are more or less, why waste so much food? Unclear! The interior is cool, the waiters are great, very attentive.

A good mini hotel for a maximum of 2-3 nights. The room has everything you need: dental kit, kettle, refrigerator, TV, slippers, soap accessories. The downside is that the furniture is old, the room was cold, but there is a heater. There are no breakfasts.

Terrible hotel. The description of the standard room was absolutely not true. Dirty and stained towels, to which they simply said (they can’t be washed), stained bed linen, no TV or kettle as advertised. Since it was already late, I had to move to a junior suite, naturally paying extra, and the next day I could safely move out of this nightmare to a normal hotel.

I found the hotel through BOOKING, good reviews, rating 8 points on the website. I was left dissatisfied. When you enter, it’s not clear where to go, it’s noisy. The fact is that Booking does not indicate that the hotel is attached to the restaurant. There was some kind of banquet there. There is no soundproofing in the room. The staff was not friendly and did not help with carrying luggage up the stairs to the 2nd floor. The room is difficult to close. Immediately the socket hangs. The one by the bed doesn't work. Cold batteries are warm. I had to sleep in my clothes. There is a heater. There is no hot water or it takes a long time to warm up, I still don’t understand. The refrigerator is turned off (why it is not clear). The waiter bringing dinner, unprofessionally, began to allow himself to communicate with me incorrectly and with jokes. Dinner was expensive, I ordered teriyaki chicken and tea. The bill came out to 3575 tenge. And the transfer costs 2500 tenge. Breakfast is just oatmeal. And the key gets stuck in the door. When leaving, I couldn’t open the door myself after breakfast. I had to call.

They lie.
Five times in their ads they talk about Wi-Fi. They lie, it is intermittent at best in one part of the room.
Beautiful room though, beautiful but the hospitality is at best 1% of what it should be.
Restaurant does not work. Except for friday nights when they party in the halls of the hotel. Where people stay. Breakfast, cold. Coffee, no coffee machine. At all.
Read the reviews and expected people overreacted. As bad as the reviews are they actually understate how bad the management is. Was promised a modem for Wi-Fi and was told they could not find one. Considering we were. The ONLY guests in the hotel curious as to actually had this modem.

There are plenty of parking spaces in front of the hotel. Huge common halls. Negative: There was no Wi-Fi in the room, Not enough towels (2 per person, 1 for everyone's feet), some with holes. The refrigerator in the room is small, stands on a small drawer and can fall off when opened. The parking lot is sometimes occupied by events such as weddings, anniversaries, and funerals held in the evenings, however, the noise from guests is practically inaudible.
