Hotels in Astana with Parking

I had a truly impressive stay at Hilton Hotel.
I would especially like to express my sincere appreciation to Alayum.

Great stay at Hilton Garden Inn Astana. Comfortable rooms, good location, and a friendly, professional team that makes you feel welcome from the start.

This was my first visit to Astana, and my first time in Kazakhstan. The hotel made me incredibly welcome and were helpful and professional to a person.

I had a great time at The St. Regis! The place looks stunning, very elegant and comfortable. Big thanks to Rauf, the chef at the Japanese restaurant, for helping me pick the best dishes.

Better then Rixos Alma Aty. At least rooms are clean and more comfortable. But property is old. Rest was good.

This was my first visit to Astana, and staying at Hotel Rixos President Astana left me deeply impressed.

What I liked:
The reception staff was very attentive: they genuinely helped, not just for show—they even suggested nearby places to go and what time to order breakfast.

The staff is very nice, they take care of everything and help with everything! Breakfast is included. It's warm. The bed linens are nice and clean.

Best hotel in Astana. Excellent service. This place never disappoints.

Wonderful hotel with great restaurant on 18th floor. The staff are so nice and try everything to make sure you have perfect stay. Thank you 🙏

Wonderful hotel. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

I had a very comfortable rest, the service was at the highest level, the food was delicious, I’ll be back again, well done.

Nice hotel, good service. Buffet breakfast with international and local flavors.

Unfortunately very poor breakfast selection for 4 star hotel.
In the room a lot of breakdowns, soap and shampoo were absent which is again unacceptable in a “4 star hotel”

My stay at the Sheraton Astana was nothing short of outstanding.
From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort.

Great place to stay, service is good, and the atmosphere is much more chill, quiet and peaceful than in some other nice hotels in Astana.

Every time I travel to Astana, I stay at various 5-star hotels, but I always end up choosing Hilton Astana.

Really good hotel room price are good as the services and the food quality is amazing located near by a mall and a lot of services.

We stayed at the hotel for a week. The staff was incredibly attentive. Any requests were fulfilled promptly, within reason, of course. It was clean. Warm, even hot.

A wonderful hotel for a very reasonable price. Absolutely no complaints.

Good big room. With water tub on bathroom and good heater… also very nice breakfast.
No plug points in room. Cleaning need to be improved.

A very pleasant place. The furniture in the room is a little tired, but the price-quality ratio is good. I definitely recommend it.

A cozy hotel, not far from the center. There's a cafe where you can order breakfast, and the Wi-Fi is excellent on every floor. I didn't get a chance to try the sauna (my stay was short).

I was on a short visit to Astana in June and stayed in this nice cozy place. The hotel staff is friendly and always ready to meet the wishes of the guest, without straining him financially.

Reasonable hotel for the price. Room is old but bathroom was renovated.

Very good location. Hotel average for a four star. I am not sure if I will book it again. The swimming pool and spa is not part of the hotel as I thought. You pay for these facilities.

A very unusual option. It's great that there's a locker for your things, and the bed itself also closes. It's right in the center, the location is fantastic.

Conveniently located, within walking distance of Baiterek, the currency exchange office, cafes, and restaurants. Khan-Shatyr is about a 20-minute leisurely walk away.
The bathroom is a bit tired.

The other day I stayed at the Versailles Hotel in Astana, I really liked it. It was very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly! The service was excellent!

Friendly staff, the room had a not very comfortable bathroom. Overall, not bad for the money.

Good hotel, very good service 24/7, very good breakfast.

Very happy about Comfort Hotel! Very kind and helpful personal at the reception, great breakfast and quite place! Thank you.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel! The staff was very polite and always ready to help. The room was clean, comfortable and well equipped with a wonderful view from the window.

We were at a revolving restaurant on the 23rd floor. The service is good but the design itself is outdated. Prices are slightly above average.

Great hostel in Astana. Stayed a private room for three nights. Comfortable bed, great showers with stronger water pressure. There are supermarkets and lots of cafes nearby.

We greatly enjoyed our stay in this hotel for a total of 4 days. Staff are very friendly and supportive. Rooms are clean, and importantly, bed sheets are white and smell so fresh as if new.

Me and my mother had a beautiful stay at the hotel. The location is just perfect and rooms were clean and tidy.

Nice hotel with affordable prices in the city center. Rooms are clean and comfortable and breakfast is served for all guests with no extra charge.

I liked this hotel.
Yes, the furniture isn't super new, but the rooms are clean and cozy.
Good breakfast selection.
Polite and friendly staff.
Convenient location.

The service is at a high level, you can have a great rest with friends or family.

I had an excellent stay at the Diplomat Hotel in Astana. Everything was truly perfect – from the warm welcome at check-in to the comfort of the rooms and the overall service.

I recently stayed at the Diplomat Hotel in Astana, and overall, my experience was positive, though there are a few areas for improvement.

Room cleaning was not as expected as 5 star hotel otherwise everything was excellent 👌

The hotel has seen better days. The best part is that it is at a central location — and very convenient. However service was so-so, decor a bit dated, towels were very old/thin.

Really nice hotel with great staff. The rooms were beautiful but exceptionally warm. Our room rarely went below 27C unless we opened the windows.

Good hotel. Perhaps 3 stars. Very supportive and cordial staff. Halal food. Good breakfast. Rooms could be a bit better especially mattresses. The location is good.

I booked a room for three people, expecting a folding bed for the third person, but was delighted to find a full-size bed with a mattress. Breakfast was included for all three and was delicious.

Great hotel! Everything is clean, cozy, and comfortable. The staff is polite, and the service is top-notch! 🌟
