A very unusual option. It's great that there's a locker for your things, and the bed itself also closes. It's right in the center, the location is fantastic.

Conveniently located, within walking distance of Baiterek, the currency exchange office, cafes, and restaurants. Khan-Shatyr is about a 20-minute leisurely walk away.
The bathroom is a bit tired.

Good hotel. We were driving, there's plenty of parking on site. The room was clean and had everything you needed. We had a great time.

It's a clean, wonderful place. The beds are comfortable to sleep on, and the shower and toilet are decent. It's very cozy!

Spacious room, convenient location in the old town, friendly staff. Breakfasts were delicious, and the coffee machine was a particular surprise.

The hotel has seen better days. The best part is that it is at a central location — and very convenient. However service was so-so, decor a bit dated, towels were very old/thin.

Rooms were quite big while generally ibis rooms are too small. The service was great. Breakfast was quite good too. We got late checkout as I had gold accor membership. Also a gift in my room.

I recently stayed at this hotel and it was a fantastic experience. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city with easy access to all the main attractions.

A transportation hub, currency exchange, restaurant, and bakery are nearby. Cafes, shopping centers, attractions, and the waterfront are nearby. The people are friendly and always willing to help.

Really nice hotel with great staff. The rooms were beautiful but exceptionally warm. Our room rarely went below 27C unless we opened the windows.

Hello. The hotel's location was perfect for me; the Right District of Astana is convenient.

The hotel was exactly what we wanted. It was clean, had great water pressure and an extremely comfy bed. There were so many well thought put features that we were very impressed.

The hotel room was clean, nice and spacious. Breakfast offered with a wide variety of food. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is just perfect for a walk around the city centre.

Hotel is a little old but still had a comfortable stay. The beds were with wheels and moved around but were very comfortable.

The staff is polite and friendly. Wi-Fi practically did not work in Nomar — the signal simply did not last, it constantly disappeared. All four days they talked about some kind of force majeure.

The soundproofing was terrible. It felt like you were sharing a room with your neighbors.

The rooms are compact but well thought out: comfortable bed, good shower, free Wi-Fi. We were pleased with the little things: a kettle with tea/coffee in the room, bottled water daily.

I booked a room for three people, expecting a folding bed for the third person, but was delighted to find a full-size bed with a mattress. Breakfast was included for all three and was delicious.

I stayed here in summer of 2025. This hotel has excellent service. All staff are extremely courteous, friendly and helpful. The room was clean when I arrived, and each day I received a great refresh.

I chose this hotel for an overnight stay between flights, and it turned out to be an excellent decision. It’s conveniently located close to the airport (about a 15-minute drive).

Great hostel in Astana. Stayed a private room for three nights. Comfortable bed, great showers with stronger water pressure. There are supermarkets and lots of cafes nearby.

We greatly enjoyed our stay in this hotel for a total of 4 days. Staff are very friendly and supportive. Rooms are clean, and importantly, bed sheets are white and smell so fresh as if new.
