Absolute Hotel

Clean, quiet, and cozy. The shower and toilet are good quality, the faucets are new, the hot water pressure is excellent, there are robes, slippers, drinking water, and tea. The room is warm, the breakfasts are delicious, and the receptionist, Dean, was very friendly. He showed us our room selection and was very responsive to all our questions, explaining everything perfectly. Thank you!

We booked a room in advance on the hotel website. We arrived and our room was not available. They offered us another one. It was already strange. Although they sent a message to our email a day before that your room was ready and that we were waiting for you.
There are woodlice running around the hotel corridors and in the room. I haven't seen that for a long time.
The breakfasts were okay for the first two days, but after a large group of tourists left, they started to cook only scrambled eggs for breakfast. Apparently, this will do for the remaining guests, they will manage.
Due to the fact that all the attractions, museums and locations in Astana were closed during the New Year holidays, we had to change our plans and leave early. The hotel refused to return the money for 2 days, citing that the accounting department was not working. A very strange hotel, I have no desire to return here.

Clean hotel, nice staff, good base for sightseeing, poor breakfast, we were kindly charged 1.5 days for early check-in (after 8.00 a. M. Instead of after 2.00 p. M. )

I am writing a review based on the facts.
We stayed for 4 nights. It’s a pity that we had to ask for a refund for 3 nights, as there was no desire to stay.
We checked in at 3 a. M. After a long journey we decided to stay.
We took a 2-level junior suite. Quite cute from the photo.
1. It’s very dirty, housekeeping doesn’t work at all (
2. Very stuffy and damp. We warned that check-in would be at 3 am and I think we could at least leave the windows open.
3. There’s peeling wallpaper on the walls in the bathroom, WALLPAPER! despite the fact that there is no hood. There is a pipe from the air conditioner in the shower room. And the blanket has yellow stains, the mattress is also stained.
5. The carpet is stained, you definitely don’t look like you’re barefoot.
6. Already in the morning I noticed the ceiling of the hall, because the light didn’t work and I didn’t see it in the dark at night. The ceiling was flooded a long time ago. Now there are huge spots of mold. Then there are no questions for them. And here it turned out to be a combo (

The hotel is clean, cozy and beautiful. The staff performs their duties professionally, I think this is a credit to the hotel manager.

Room : Good, Clean. But need renovation. Cold air was coming as there was gap in between door and floor. Heating OK. Bathroom : ok. But few of the lights were not working.
Reception : extremely helpful.
Breakfast: OK.
Room service: Seems ok.
Check In : OK. But early checkin will have 50% of days rent.
Over all ok and recommend but not upto 4 * Mark hotel.

Very nice hotel, with well decorated, quiet, and very clean rooms. Very friendly, English speaking staff, always willing to help. Very good buffet breakfast, with a big variety of choices. Also, has a nice heated swimming pool, a small gym, and a sauna! All these included in a very reasonable price!
It's a little bit far from the center of the city, compared to other (much more expensive) hotels, but there's a bus station in front of the hotel, and of course many taxis to use.
The hotel also offers very good Wi-Fi in all of it's areas, even in the swimming pool!

There is everything you need: towels (for face, legs and body), bathrobes, personal hygiene items (shower gel, shampoo, soap, toothbrush and paste), slippers. The bed linen is intact and fresh. The room has an electric kettle, refrigerator, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, safe. The hotel is strictly non-smoking. Plumbing and sanitaryware are clean and in good working order. The rooms are locked with electronic key cards. In the lobby of each floor there is an ironing board and iron if you need to clean your clothes. Laundry services are also available for a fee. The price includes access to the swimming pool and gym. In the morning, breakfast is buffet style. The menu is varied. Prices in the restaurant are quite affordable.

I'll start with the good: it has its own convenient parking, within walking distance there is everything necessary for a recent arrival: a communication shop and a money exchange office.
Nice interior (in the Kazakh style), expensive materials were used in the decoration.
Beautiful large room, with an excellent bathroom, but ours was quite dark (we took a standard twin) with a poor view from the window (to the roof)
The girl at the reception desk is polite.
Now about what I didn't like:
The appearance of the building is ugly, but that's not the main thing.
The staff does not have the basic concepts of working with guests. It seems that the employers did not conduct any training.
The decisive moment for us is breakfast. The selection is small, half of the ones presented do not have a spoon/tongs. Everything is covered with plastic wrap, there is no heating, so if the dish was brought out later than 2 minutes ago, it will be cold. In general, you won't be able to have breakfast. It's good that it's included in the price.
