An ordinary small hotel with 3 stars. All rooms are only on the 1st floor, the windows will overlook either a noisy children's playground or a busy road. Breakfast in a double room is included only for 1 person, the rest is paid, I have never seen such stupidity anywhere. The room is cleaned only once every 3 days. Although they changed the towels earlier upon request, they asked “what did you do with them. ” But the worst thing is the concept of the hotel itself. Since there is no reception 24 hours. One of the women on it, on principle, did not want to let people into the hotel after 23:00. “Come early, I’m already sleepy, I have to get up early tomorrow morning to prepare breakfast (for one person per room :D). ” Every time I made scandals at night, not realizing that people came to rest and could arrive later than 23:00. She refused to leave any key for the general entrance to the hotel. She threatened to call the police, citing some non-existent laws of the country that after 23:00 everyone should stay home. In general, the hotel is more likely for people of retirement age who will not be bothered by such rules.
➜ Having booked a hotel through Booking, I received confirmation from the hotel. But in the morning they canceled the reservation citing their failure. But in fact, they simply increased prices because of the Russians who fled from mobilization. This hotel is not allowed to operate.

Cozy small hotel with 8 rooms. There was a strong smell of tobacco in my room, which I dealt with by opening the window at night. Beer on the day of arrival was sold for 800 tenge, although on all other days it already cost 600 tenge. Breakfast is good for people who want to lose weight — without the possibility of choosing dishes. Among the attractions — Nazarbayev Center is within walking distance.
