The hotel is small, only three rooms, all very cozy and clean, with a bathroom. Unit, TV, kettle, cups in the room, at the reception you can use the refrigerator and microwave. Excellent location of the hotel. The staff is ready to help around the clock. From the windows of two rooms you can see Baiterek, especially beautiful at night.
When I arrived I was told that there was no room available while I made the booking half a month ago. Totally unacceptable.
