"Rush Hotel"

I would definitely stay at this hotel, because it appears clean & neat!

The room was big enough. We checked in quickly. Polite staff.

Very near to the Astana Train Station about 2kms this decent property has about 40 rooms. We checked in on 18.02.24 in a triple Bed room which was very nice with central heating and sound proof. It had electric kettle provided. The toilet was good but had no ventilation. Which was bad. It also hand a store room. The main defect was the complimentary breakfast which was too worthless with only an omlette and few pieces of bread and a cup of coffee was provided. If you ask for any extra bed and even a piece of butter you will be charged 1000tenge. A bottle of water will cost you 750 tenge. So avoid having any food here. There are eateries just outside the hotel and enjoy your food with much much lower rate there.

Everything was great except the female receptionists who are simply poor in attending to the guests. They never smile and refused to listen to suggestions. I gave my credit card for payment but transaction failed due to insufficient pin number. Mine is a 6-digit but Kazakhstan uses 4-digit. Finally manage to resolved by paying day by day rate. If only the girls are a listening lot.

Convenient location, not so far from the station, about 20 minutes on foot. Nice room, clean snow-white linen, kettle in the room, even tea bags, water. The bathroom has a hairdryer and heated floors. There is an iron in the common corridor. The staff is polite.

The hotel feels old. Much has already lost its appearance.
There was no curtain in the bathroom; you had to shower very carefully so as not to walk on the wet floor.
Breakfast is standard and edible.
The cleaning was done and the water was renewed. Everything is fine here.
The staff is generally friendly.
For its price, a completely normal hotel.

Pharmacy and exchange office nearby.
Very tasty food. Breakfast is not a buffet, but about 8-10 dishes to choose from.
My husband stayed from 10/28-11/2. Ideal price/quality ratio. Very friendly and hospitable staff.

The staff was superb and friendly. Stayed in a junior suit with a noisy bed and a broken chair. Breakfast was average. Location was good.

Great hotel for a reasonable price. Suite price 18, 000 per night, breakfast included. The room is very clean, even under the bed) ) ) the breakfast is very good and most importantly there is a large selection. Although it is not in the center, it is near the center. I advise.
And now after time has passed. It looks like a renovation, but the whole carpet is stained, nasty dirty stains. The breakfasts simply became disgusting and unedible. It looks like some kind of canteen by the road. I don't recommend it to anyone.
