Bed And Breakfast Hotel

The rooms are compact but well thought out: comfortable bed, good shower, free Wi-Fi. We were pleased with the little things: a kettle with tea/coffee in the room, bottled water daily. Breakfasts are decent: fresh flatbreads, local cheeses, Kazakh-style scrambled eggs. The service is fast, the staff speaks Russian and English.

In July 2025, we checked in, having previously booked a room without a window. The room was hot, stuffy, the air was stale. We asked the administrator to provide a room with air conditioning or, at least, with a window, we were offered a triple room with a window for an extra charge of 10 thousand tenge per night. Having paid extra, we checked into a family room, also on the second floor. The window turned out to be small, overlooking the courtyard, the air did not circulate. The room was hot. Having decided that it would be cooler at night, we checked in. There was no air conditioning in the room and by 4 am it became impossible to stay in the room. Seeing our wanderings along the corridor in search of oxygen, the administrator herself offered to bring us a fan. But it did not help either. In the morning, a continental breakfast awaited us, not the most varied, but it will do for one time. We asked for a refund for the remaining days of stay, but we were denied a refund. But we still moved out, having lost money for the remaining nights. We were also shocked by the hotel rules. For example, you cannot drink alcohol in the rooms or be in the hotel in general while intoxicated. Moreover, you can buy alcohol at the reception. In conclusion, I would like to note the excellent work of the administrators, who were ready to provide assistance. But despite this, we recommend refraining from staying in this place.

Very convenient location: just a couple of minutes to the city center. There are quite a few places nearby where you can relax or eat. Breakfasts are incredibly delicious. Everything is very cozy and homely.
There is no air conditioning in the room. In the heat of +30 it is quite uncomfortable, given that the window in the room is very small.

The hotel is small, conveniently located. Good breakfast options, comfortable room, friendly staff. There was a question when checking in, we couldn't find a reservation for a long time, but in the end everything worked out well. The only thing was that the room had a very small window and it was close to the floor. Otherwise, it's a great place.

Sights within walking distance. Across the road from the hotel in the park area are several pleasant cafes with national cuisine.
Clean, plenty of furniture to place clothes and other things, bathrobe, slippers. The only downside is it's stuffy.
Stayed two nights, upon request they added soap supplies and cleaned.
Hospitable, friendly staff. Very nice people!

In the evening I warned the administrator that I would be checking out at 5:30 in the morning. At the appointed hour, the administrator was not at the counter, the front door was locked. I rang the bell, yelled at the whole hotel at the top of my voice for about ten minutes, everyone woke up except the administrator. As a result, I saw the phone number and only by calling it I found her, she was somewhere in the neighboring rooms. As a result, the taxi that I called did not wait for me and left, but I had to go to the station. In short, all sorts of things have happened to me in hotels, but I have never encountered such outright bungling…

Excellent value for money! The location is ideal for those who want to walk in the center! The breakfasts are very filling. The staff is friendly and they brought everything we asked for, including extra pillows and a blanket. We will definitely come to you again!
I would just add hangers for clothes and towels and an outlet on the other side of the bed.

So here it is. All furniture is new. Accessories are new. Audibility is zero. Although, with my snoring, I don’t know… 🤣

There are separate breakfasts, which not every mini-hotel can boast of.
There are a lot of shelves, a closet, separate money storage, good towels, bathrobes, an iron, a refrigerator, separate brush, paste, gel soap, shampoo.
Overall, the price tag is very reasonable.
In general, I always wish you only good clients, flexible but reasonable prices and, of course, further prosperity.

Very polite, friendly and helpful staff. Special thanks to administrator Karlygash and cook Aliya. Karlygash always came to the rescue with all questions and helped us a lot. Chef Aliya cooks very tasty food.
There is not enough kettle and dishes in the room. Cosmetic repairs are required in places.

The location of the hotel is great. You can't say anything. But everything else…
Well, firstly, the photo and description of the room did not correspond to the actual check-in. In the photos they have room 10: spacious, but they settled in room 3. Small and stuffy, where Wi-Fi did not work. Didn't even get caught. Fortunately, one of the hotel employees suggested that room 10 was free and we should ask to move into it. That's what we did. But in the room description there is a window with a beautiful view. But he’s not there. Photo of this exact number. But there is no window with a beautiful view. There is an almost blank wall with a narrow strip at the bottom near the floor of something resembling a window… and with a view of the inner courtyard of the apartment building. 🤦🏻‍♂️
The room itself is already tired. Both furniture and appliances. For 5 days, bed linen and towels were never changed. Toothpaste, disposable brushes, shower gels and shampoo were not provided (except on the day of check-in). The trash was only taken out when you asked.
The room is small, so there is no table. I had to eat delivery barrels while sitting on my bed. The soy sauce stains remain. But this is food that is easy to wash. But upon check-out, we were asked to pay a fine for damaging bed linen. We were not given the opportunity to wash our own clothes in a machine. Laundry service was not provided. They just demanded 20 thousand tenge in cash.

The hotel is located near the center — within walking distance of the Baiterek monument and the Khan-Shatyr shopping complex. Across the road from the hotel is the beautiful Zhetysu Park with children's playgrounds and attractions. Convenient transport links, public transport stops are also located near the hotel.
Breakfast was included in the room price. There are 3 complexes to choose from: 1. Milk porridge, pancakes with condensed milk 2 pcs, toasters with butter and cheese.
2. Scrambled eggs from two eggs, sausage, fresh vegetables, pancakes 2 pcs. Toasters.
3. Omelet with cheese filling, fresh vegetables, pancakes, toasters.
Breakfast was very tasty, large portions. Many thanks to the chefs!
The room is cozy and clean. The room has: a bed, bedside tables, TV (a lot of channels), a large wardrobe, a safe, a dressing table with a mirror. All appliances and sockets are in good condition.
Since the hotel is located in a residential complex, the windows of our room overlooked the courtyard onto the children's playground and there was an entrance door nearby, the sound of the intercom was heard.
The only negative was that our room did not have air conditioning. We were in Astana in July, it was a little hot at night, but since there is no air conditioning, the windows were open, it was a little noisy.
The hotel is cozy and clean.

The only positive thing is the location and that's it.
I booked the hotel especially for my mother. Accordingly, she could not control the deception. We booked a standard room with a beautiful view from the window. As a result, the employees deceived us and provided us with an economy room in a basement without windows in terrible condition. It’s a pity that because of this attitude I let my parents down and they were unhappy. The shower worked intermittently as did the Wi-Fi. A terrible restroom, which was scary to go into. Sly employees who put in the wrong number, knowing that they wouldn’t be told anything. But no one will return the money. I definitely don't recommend staying here. What kind of trust can there be?

The hotel is good, the goal was to spend the night before the next plane flight. The staff is polite, the breakfast menu is excellent. Bed linen is clean, 2 towels per person.
The downsides are the super small toilet and audibility from the first floor.
But this is no longer a drawback, I recommend it 😊
