+Very caring service. We were fed even for an hour of late breakfast. Upon request, they brought a second blanket and more water. They treated us to hot donuts and were very kind.

I think for the money we had a great 2 nights. Therefore, very modestly, yes, but overall everything is excellent.

The location of the hotel is excellent, the very heart of Astana.
I have never seen such dirt anywhere, not even in Asia. The room is very dirty and stuffy, the receptionist is extremely unfriendly.
I don’t recommend living there at all. The price, of course, is super affordable and no one expected a 5-star hotel, but you can clean that room. Not suitable for habitation.

The rooms are small, not cozy, not comfortable. We rented several rooms, some were very cold, others were stuffy, because… The windows look out onto the adjacent room where people work. The bathroom only has soap, towels and a hairdryer. Bed linen with sewn holes may be poorly ironed, it feels like someone has already slept on it. The internet is disgusting, only available at the reception. The rooms are dusty and dirty carpet. Pros: hot water.
The hotel staff is like in a horror movie — 4 people at the reception, no one can decide anything, they don’t know what rooms they have, or what was booked through the website (why is there a reservation at all if no one takes it into account), they find out all this directly in front of the clients — quiet horror, we were shocked! We booked rooms with separate beds, but in the end there weren’t any, they took us back and forth 3 times, showed us some mess, threw mud at the owner, and offered to move to another hotel. We would have done so, but there was no way to urgently look for something new for the night. It's something with something. Get out of there quickly!

It's not a hotel, but a brothel and a drug den. We mistakenly rented a room for a few days and regretted it. In the neighboring rooms people are regularly checked in in the evening under the influence of drugs and alcohol in the company of prostitutes and because of the thin walls you can hear absolutely everything that happens there.
