NCityHotel

Convenient location, friendly staff, who attended to all our requests with care and attention. The room was clean and cozy. Excellent, delicious breakfasts. Quiet, no one disturbed our rest.

The hotel's location is excellent!
The room is clean and has air conditioning; they were able to warm it up because it was cold.
There's a kettle, mugs, tea, and water.
Breakfast arrived, and there was dried food on the fork!
Every time the receptionist saw us, she kept asking, "When are you leaving?! " We hadn't even checked in yet. She was more worried about canceling our breakfast, since we were leaving early.
There are no glasses for water in the room. There is water, but no glasses.

We checked in at night, and there were no problems. Breakfast arrived exactly as requested. It was decent: porridge, compote, scrambled eggs, two slices of bread, a tomato, a cucumber, and cheese. We were allowed to leave our bags at the hotel until evening without any problems.

The location, the food was delicious, breakfast was brought to the room, it was clean, and they cleaned it every day!
I love good lighting in the room and adjustable intensity, so I was pleased with that. There was good light for reading and working on the computer, as well as soft lighting at night.

Great hotel!
Breakfast is delicious, served in the room, which is very convenient!

The room was clean. Every day they did wet cleaning. Delicious and hearty breakfasts. Convenient location. I liked everything!

Very cozy, service is excellent! Definitely recommend!
The children caught Wi-Fi only in the corridor) ) But this is not a disadvantage, but a nuance!

Excellent small, clean and cozy hotel in the very center of the city. Polite and helpful staff. Daily cleaning.
Breakfast is brought to the room (after specifying the time in advance)
Air conditioning, refrigerator, kettle.
Bathrobes, slippers.
On the floor there are ironing facilities, a microwave, a cooler.

Nice small hotel, very clean rooms, the breakfast bring to room there are not have kitchen or food room and no choices.

Location, proximity to attractions.
Wi-fi worked intermittently, monotonous breakfasts, our room was on the second floor with a digital banner shining directly into the window from the neighboring building.

The hotel is located in the very center, a few minutes' walk from Nurzhol Boulevard.
Very tasty and substantial breakfasts! They bring them to your room at the time you specify the day before.
A very cozy, clean and warm room! We booked a double room with separate beds. The beds are wide enough, the mattresses are excellent. The room has everything you need, even bathrobes. A water cooler and an ironing board are in the hallway.
The room is well-maintained, clean. The next morning the maid offered to change the linen, we refused, they did a wet cleaning and changed all the towels.
The administrators are very polite and attentive. Before leaving, we did not have time to print out and bring some documents with us. They were sent to the hotel's e-mail for us, the administrator girl received them, printed them out and brought them to our room. It was very nice and helped us a lot in achieving the goal of our visit to Astana. The administrators also called a taxi for us without any problems. We are very grateful to the girls for the services provided!

Wonderful hotel! Everything is clean and tidy! Caring staff! Delicious and healthy breakfasts! Stable Internet! The location of the hotel for tourism is the best option! I would also like to separately note the administrator Zhanna! A person who knows everything and will always help! I recommend this hotel to everyone!

Dirty sheets with yellow stains. It’s terrible, I saw this only in the morning in the light… The carpet was all covered in hair. There was garbage from the previous occupants waiting in the toilet. As we entered we were met by a cheerful red cockroach, we swatted it down. The paper holder hung on my word of honor… the heater looked shabby.
No.

Most attractions are within walking distance.
A delicious, balanced and nutritious breakfast is brought to your room. Includes porridge, eggs, vegetables, toast, butter, sausages/red fish, compote. All in different cooking options.
Everything you need is in the room, including toothbrushes, toothpaste and even a mini-fridge.
Very clean and tidy.
Excellent staff, polite, smiling, responsive, friendly.
The windows need to be washed. In some prominent places in the room the wallpaper has peeled off in some places; it will take 10 minutes to fix it, but the view will be completely different. Wi-Fi practically does not work in the evening, the speed is not enough.

Cleanliness of the room, service, room service and delicious varied breakfasts, spacious junior suite.
Dirty windows in the room, noise from the window (as if it was blowing through the cracks)

All attractions are nearby.
Very friendly staff!

Thanks admin! They allowed us to leave our suitcases before check-in and after check-out, and in general they very quickly and politely resolved all the issues that arose! Everything was fine with the room too. A very pleasant stay, I can confidently recommend you.
