Better then Rixos Alma Aty. At least rooms are clean and more comfortable. But property is old. Rest was good.

This was my first visit to Astana, and staying at Hotel Rixos President Astana left me deeply impressed.

Every time I travel to Astana, I stay at various 5-star hotels, but I always end up choosing Hilton Astana.

Really good hotel room price are good as the services and the food quality is amazing located near by a mall and a lot of services.

Very good location. Hotel average for a four star. I am not sure if I will book it again. The swimming pool and spa is not part of the hotel as I thought. You pay for these facilities.

I arrived early from the train station.

Overall the hotel is good, most importantly, inexpensive. The room has a refrigerator, hairdryer, air conditioning, TV with youtube connected. There is a shared microwave downstairs.

The hotel was great for the price! The room was very spacious, the bathroom was huge—there's no other way to describe it. The receptionists were very friendly and attentive.

Really nice hotel with great staff. The rooms were beautiful but exceptionally warm. Our room rarely went below 27C unless we opened the windows.

Good hotel. Perhaps 3 stars. Very supportive and cordial staff. Halal food. Good breakfast. Rooms could be a bit better especially mattresses. The location is good.

The staff is polite and friendly. Wi-Fi practically did not work in Nomar — the signal simply did not last, it constantly disappeared. All four days they talked about some kind of force majeure.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel! The staff was very polite and always ready to help. The room was clean, comfortable and well equipped with a wonderful view from the window.

We were at a revolving restaurant on the 23rd floor. The service is good but the design itself is outdated. Prices are slightly above average.

The rooms are normal, but there is one big BUT. There is a terrible smell in the hotel itself. We were given a smoking room, as I understand it. The smell of cigarettes was everywhere.

Great hotel. Clean, not smoky. I often relax here alone, I’m pregnant myself, so I appreciated the cuisine first of all🤗 the Thai meat is amazing. The staff is very attentive.
