Hotel well located and clean. Flat for meals that are of bad qualities. Good entertainment for children, pity that the pool closes very early, not fit to a holiday place. Room a bit dated but we spent all in all a nice stay.

Dirt, mold, broken stuff everywhere, kids toys dirty of poop (asked 4 times to clean it but nothing happened), water (or toilet water) dripping from the ceiling of the restaurant. Mediocre food. Sometimes the croissants are days old. Most of personnel is trying to help but results are blocked by the management that clearly doesn't care and have no respect for the guests.

JORDI, TERESSA, ALBA and ARMANDO and the cleaning crew cleaning up our mess — you made our trip special and unforgettable by helping us wherever you could (…) Whatsoever — we had a few issues we would like to mention here: We have two major issues that we would like to address here — not to complain — but to make the stay for future guests more enjoyable and more SAFE: We do like that you use keycards instead of traditional keys. Getting multiple keycards for one room is extremely helpful — especially if you want to keep the AC running — but unfortunately it is just to easy to obtain said keycard. It might have just been easy for us because you remembered our faces but maybe not: When asking you for a second, third, fourth, fifth keycard you didn’t got suspicious — at all. You did not ask us for any personal information for identification whatsoever. If felt as if anybody could have just obtained a keycard for our rooms. That’s a major safety issue for all of your guests and you should fix it ASAP! The second issue we (I) had is food related: The food in general is fine… But we’ve (I’ve) had some challenging experiences with products that contain cheese — ice cream for example and cheese in general. At one of our dinners we (I) tried pasta with your delicious Bolognese sauce and cheese. As we tried the dish it tasted as if someone spayed spray-paint on it. A very chemical taste.

We spent 10 very nice days here, close to the dreamlike Playa de Muro beach. There is a lot of effort here and the food is delicious. In any case, I would like to make a recommendation. During the high season it could of course get fuller and more restless, we still got it well from the occupancy of the hotel.

The beach is clean and very far flat sloping. Perfect for families with children.

Small room, but with balcony. Breakfast and dinner with a huge buffet, we were very surprised. We liked it very much as a base for excursions.

The first impression of the hotel was rather moderate. Staff is super friendly and very hard to try. The food is also very good except for the same piece. The only thing I have to fault is the cleanliness we were here a week and it was only sucked through once.

Hotel has been renovated. More or less good. Rooms are quite nice, but Cleanliness is sought there in vain. Breakfast wasn't intoxicating, at Dinner we were only there twice during our Holiday, the other Times you couldn't do that to yourself. Food was NOT cold, whether you were the first to stand at the Buffet or later. We then always went out to eat, because that really didn't work at all. Therefore, I would not recommend this Hotel, despite a very chic Room and a good Location. Except you want to spend a lot of extra Money on Food on Holiday.

This Hotel is very nice in itself and the Staff very nice. The Cuisine is varied and delicious. Since the Hotel has recently been renovated, there are still many technical Problems that make it difficult to Holiday here.

A dreamlike hotel and great weather. 100m — 150m to the sandy beach and the great sea. The hotel is super well equipped. The staff are totally friendly and the room ladies. Beds and rooms are always freshly made and super clean. I (we) totally recovered and felt very comfortable.
The buffet in the morning and evening was really great the cooks and cook really ripped out a leg every day for the guests. A great praise for the great hospitality.
We'll definitely be back.

The hotel is in a very good location at 100 meters from the beach, in second line. The cozy rooms. The buffet was guiris and the breakfast was very close to the restaurant. Very scarce animation not to say null. Good area to find a place to be. There is a paid parking lot that is a bare open with a barrier to enter. In spite of everything it was not bad but if I return I would choose another place where to stay.

Great stay. Very good buffet very full. Lack of respect for other noisy occupants at all times at the room level. Too bad the rooms are very nice.

The hotel is not far from the beach (about 100m). From the bus stops and the business street. The buffet in the morning, at noon and in the evening is rich and varied. Something different every day. Praise to the chef. Whoever starved to death in this hotel was not there. I only give 4 stars because I would have liked some animation for adults on the day.

Hotel goes so and all inclusive is not as I imagined that, have the brandy only a part are free and the food goes so except the chocolate pudding and pasta is a disaster. Canteen love going on and not a bit of music, and Dan this weird toaster or whatever that's ongoing quaint the annoying, oh so the shedls plastic mug totally environment friendly, every time new cups pick up. You can replace glasses, but that has to be done with laziness. (All in one here I don't take a holiday anymore).

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The fries were good.

A very nice well-kept hotel with very beautiful views (4th floor) of the sea. There are 2 pools, one for children (50 cm deep) and one for adults (up to 310 cm deep) and an entry aid for wheelchair users.
The hotel and the rooms were very clean and well maintained. The staff were very friendly and also fulfilled the extra wishes.
Only the food did not inspire. Although there was a very large selection and there was something for everyone, we would have preferred some local cuisine. Unfortunately, that was not the case and the food was a bit sober. However, despite half board, there was a wide selection of drinks to choose from.
In the immediate vicinity of the hotel there are several car rental companies, a constantly staffed taxi rank as well as a Tabbakshop and ATMs. Restaurants nearby are also recommended.
For children, there is a hotel's own playground and an external playground nearby.

The hotel is suitable for couples with children and without, or for people who just want to relax from the noise, the youth here will be bored. Cosmetic repair. The furniture is old but the mattresses are comfortable. But everything you need in the room is. Room cleaning is superficial but towels are changed every day. Bed once in 4dnja. The hotel consists of two buildings. Booked with a sea view and got a room with a great view. The room has a balcony, private bathroom, TV, air conditioning, safe. If the child is separately provided with a cot. The floor in the room is made of tiles but not slippery. The soundproofing is poor. There are no conversations and shouts from the rooms, but if someone from the neighbors takes Tartarus then hear.
We took all inclusive, free in the bar local drinks, bar works from 10.30 to 22.30. Also there are juices and hot drinks.
The food in the restaurant is tasty, but a bit monotonous, varies per day only 1-2 dishes.
A child can eat, but with a hot problem. The local soup are not very edible. In general, the child (about 2let) was not hungry, macaroni, rice, potatoes, meat, fruits, vegetables, all sorts of pastries. For children there is a special highchair for feeding.
The Entertainment evening program is so-so, but was not bored. The children's animator is suitable for older children, there is a playground, old, slides for big children, there is one small and a swing. The hotel staff is nice, work like bees.

Great structure, old but clean, old-fashioned room with double bed consisting of two single beds that always risk to divide, bathroom with old taps, bathtub with curtain, broken gargoyle that shoots water everywhere. As for the kitchen I have never eaten so bad in 8 years that I ride abroad, Buffet placed on a square where for breakfast 3/4 was of salty and 1/4 sweet with a plateau of brioches some biscuit and another plateau of donuts and just. Lunch and dinner always outside although we had the all inclusive. For an Italian is only good for sleeping (maybe).
To go to the port of Alcudia it takes 5 minutes by taxi. The hotel is close to a small town with many supermarkets and souvenir shops.

Fantastic holiday in May, great food — many varieties, very friendly staff, an excellent customer service — a special thanks to a receptionist David and Alexia who helped me with some problems with ryanair and shuttle bus order. Super convenient location, just 5min walk from a very clean beach. I would recommend this place to everybody ;-)

Great poolarea and good drinks in the all inclusive. The buffét was also nice. The rooms were ok, the air condition was a bit weird sometimes and no refridgerator in the double bed-rooms. But still okay for a weeks visit ⭐

The room was ok. Food was not great. This one time I Saw molded jelly-pudding at the kidsbuffet. The staff is friendly.

Oh man. The difference between 3 and 4 stars in Spain is getting bigger.

Dirty rooms. Soiled sheets. Dirty pool. This hotel room is unfortunately only with able. Who wants to sleep just perfect. After 8 beer is that it is so clean…

For me excellent… very nice people at the service, attentive and friendly. Good food. I highly recommend it.

Fantastic holiday at the end of September. Entertainer was fantastic, room and food were great, clean and well kept surroundings.
