Clean hotel very friendly staff. Located very conveniently to the beach. Had booked for May again, but Corona certainly did it differently. But will definitely come back next year.

Just returned yesterday, we had a fantastic time at lago, we will definitley return again! great rooms, food and staff and entertainment first class!

Great place for families and couples very clean and tidy. Close to beach and plenty of places to eat, even though the food in the hotel was excellent with a wide choice for all nationalities. Went self catering found it was cheaper to eat out than to buy from local supermarkets. Would recommend to everyone.

The apartment is close to the beach, near the lake and reserve. Lots of grocery, souvenir shops, car rentals nearby. Rooms after repair, household appliances are available. Fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker. There's dishes. Extractor hood. There is a gym; on the ground floor there are washing machines. In the evening, the apartment from the side of the pool is quiet. I recommend the hotel.

The hotel is actually nice, two adult pools 2 children's rooms, good rooms but the range of buffet in the restaurant for this money could be better) )

Newly renovated Rooms, very nice and helpful Team that made our Room Swap possible at the touch of everything. When the Coffee Machine went on strike, a Replacement was there immediately.
Nice Location, all good. However, directly on the Thoroughfare — like many others.
Verdict: Fond to return, clear Recommendation.

We are just back from a weeks stay at lago park, we had a great stay. The location is great shops, restaurants and the beach are only a few mins walk away. The apartment was clean and has been recently renovated, and had everything we needed in the kitchen as we where self catering. There was 4 of us in the apartment myself and my partner slept on the sofa bed and it was the most comfortable sofa bed I have slept in. The cleaners come around 5 days in a week so there was no shortage of fresh towels, bins emptied ect and if anything was needed we just had to ask it was no trouble. Staff where friendly and very helpful. I would definitely return to lago park.

Beautiful room that my friends and I shared. Great view and facilities provided. Great location within minutes walk of the beach.

Apartments are recently renovated and are nice but was failed to be told that the hotel next to us is currently bein renovated as I write this review on my last day in the apartment and all we can hear is building work from 8am till roughly 5-6pm so cant even use the pool without hearing disccutters, hammering, shouting and dust from the bricks bein cut we onli came for 3nights couldnt even enjoy the peace in our apartment as the other hotel is a stones throw away from our balcony even with the door shut cant hear the tv.

Rooms are big, comfy and bright. Good for self cooking as it haves everything what u need. Abit noisy time to time.

The +: Hotel at 150m from the beach, friendly and welcoming staff.
The —: for an Aparthotel no dishwashing liquid, no small pot with salt and sugar (the mini for this type of rental). There are curtains but no shutters so the Sun passes early… There is always a thing missing in the room, the 1R day room made for 2, we are 3, so we ask for sheets and towels, no brushes. The next day, a broom but no more rag. On the 3 day the room was not made. In short, kwacs.

April break, the hotel, apartments, and staff are spot on, had the buffet dinner the first night and it was very good, steaks and fish cooked infont of you plenty salad choice, hot veg and the usual pizza chips etc my only gripe is the food is warm not hot but I find all buffets bit warm enough for me . Bar prices aren't too bad €3 for local beer, cocktails €6. Now the apartment is lovely clean fresh and newly renovated, walk in shower, sharp knives, well equipped kitchen. Only a Couple of negatives, I personally find the bed to be hard my daughter is loving them and sleeping like a log. So I'm in the pull out which is better. There are building works in the hotel opposite so 08:30 bit of noise but the apartment is pretty good at dulling it down and it looks like they've not much more to do. We don't intend to stay in our room all day so are not asking to be moved. We are in 2202 it gets morning sun but not evening sun. The staff are lovely extremely helpful they can have 5 stars.

I found the hotel very clean, modern and friendly. The pool area was well set out and the pool bar reasonably priced. We went into the self-catering accommodation as the half board option had bad reviews and there are plenty restaurants close by. The entertainment package was ok dimarko did a great job getting people involved. A well worth stay, the beach is stunning and a 4 min walk away. Our only problem was we were put in a room right above a busy roundabout and the traffic was constant from 7am and extremely noisy. I've given it 4 stars as the value for money was fantastic. We'll definitely come here again, it'll be booming from May, April not everything is open but there's still plenty to do.

Great place, perfect beach, great rooms, friendly staff. A bit run down outside, rooms not cleaned every day, some road noise, but I'd still be back in a heartbeat! Great holiday.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The apartments are clean and well-arranged. The dishes for the kitchen are minimalist, but it's fine. The beach is 5 minutes away. The place is very touristy. The village of Alcudia, especially the old town is wonderful, on the other hand the district of the hotel looks like a bed castle. It's safe, too. No matter. For package holidays, it will probably be sitting what is expected. The staff is friendly, the rooms clean.

We found the apartment to be decorated very well and all the amenities modern and available. We went half board which turned a great choice as the food was 1st class. Lots of choices for dinner with different meals every night and the meats cooked in front of you. The staff are all very friendly and most helpful.

Just a great place to stay. We stayed there for already more than 3 times. Every time our stay was perfect. Very friendly staff.

This is a newly upgraded hotel with very spacious rooms and all the comforts. All the staff are very kind and prepared and a particular applause goes to the director Maria Fornes and the Italian chef.

Premium apartments are newly refurbished, and are very well located. At 5 minutes from the beach.

Without doubt the best hotel in the area. The staff is very friendly and help you in a professional manner in the resolution of conflicts. The receptionists are very helpful in any occasion.

We came with two children and we had a pleasant stay. Good apartments, especially the premium. We will come back!

Good apartment for the money.

It is ok. Much noise and some dinner smell from kitchen outside. The pools are small and not the best. The doors and windows could been more sound proof. But it is close to beach and a shopping street.

It is a good hotel. The apartment was very clean and the price is good. Very near from the sea, restaurants and shops.
