We spent a perfect holiday here. Great hotel, super friendly staff, delicious and varied food. Just awesome — absolutely recommended.

Excellent staff here, lovely location and food great. Room wasn’t great for price paid. Plus not as luxurious as some other iberostar five stars. You won’t be disappointed with Iberostar though!

Best service ever. Ilana and Georgina helped us to have one of the best experience we ever had while on holiday. We will come back.

Nice location at the beach. Garden and surroundings well maintained. Two main problems: rooms and its equipment is old and used and the buffets variety and quality is well below what you would expect from 5* hotel. The personnel is friendly (although in our case was initially trying to force unwanted “upgrade” to family room).

It’s a really cool hotel. Coming back every year with the whole family (even though I tend to never come back and discover new places! ). All inclusive food is amazing, beautiful views, sea is turquoise and warm. Guest service is amazing, always attentive and we totally love Radka who always puts our needs and well-being first! Totally recommend!

Truly a beautiful place. Loads for children to do and all staff are friendly and helpful. My 4 year old loves the kids club and Chanel is so good with her. Food is amazing so much to choose from and very fresh and tasty. Georgina (guest services) is a very happy and freindly lady who will deal with any issues you may have, no problem. A true asset to ibreostar. Myself and my family would definitely come again we are having a fab holiday. ☀️

We stayed here half board in June 2018 with our two young boys aged 4 and 2 and had a superb time. The complex is immaculately clean, the staff are friendly and polite and kean to help out in any way they can. The food on offer, in terms of both choice and quality was amazing and the facilities, pools, beach access, night time entertainment was fabulous. Would highly recomend a stay here!

It is a family hotel, so not recommended for couples or singles. I was there for 5 days in all inclusive. The dinner is fine, but the lunch I would not recommend it at all (all inclusive not a good idea) because the food is outside in the sun, the ice creams getting melted, and I got food poisoning (I was in all inclusive at the hotel, so everything I ate was from them) I could not eat anything in one day and have to stay at the room and asked for a doctor. They said that because nobody was sick, is not their fault, so I had to pay the doctor myself. If there is a problem they do not take responsibility, they offered me a better room next time (yes, like I would want to return to that) I just wanted that they pay the doctor, that's all. They promised to call me to fix it, and they never did.

Stayed here for a week and had such a fabulous time. The facilities are fantastic and the food was delicious. The staff couldn’t be nicer and made our stay truly perfect. The facilities for children are really good too. Had such an amazing break. Look out for a lady called Georgina, truly one of a kind and nothing was too much for her :)

Super extended Weekend everything was fine.

We are having the best holiday in this wonderful hotel. The staff cannot do enough for you, food and drink is excellent and the beach and pool are gorgeous. We’ll be back and reckoned this hotel for a fabulous holiday!

A beautiful hotel on the edge of a dream beach. Scattered pools to avoid the concentration of world and noise, the food is excellent, the staff warm and caring. Everything is very clean and neat. Little storage in the rooms though.

Although not actually staying here, have used pool bar 4 or 5 times. Have to say the staff are the friendliest people, and the coffee is great (very important! ) Next time we visit, we will stay here.

Wonderful. Nothing to complain about. We will come back again. Great that we get to spend three more days here. The people here are so nice. We are a group of friends who have come to spend a short weekend, sure we will return. The lovely people here. Staff and great service. We used the SPA-very good. We want to return the whole group and family. Great food!

One of the best hotels I have stayed in Majorca, no doubt. The service was unbeatable, always attentive and friendly, a pristine cleanliness in all the facilities and excellent Mallorcan cuisine.

Luxury in the high! My partner and I were on a romantic getaway for a weekend and were delighted with the hotel. The receptionist were very nice at all times and we got a lovely room with sea view. The breakfast was very good. All the waiters received us every morning with a big smile.

Bad bad iberostar — UNHAPPY & UPSET to get robbed & cheated by iberostar who sells me FAKE SPA UPGRADE for $1100.00 cdn. Refund Refused! I hate the vacation at Iberostar. It is No Fun! Be careful, you too, may get cheated if you deal with the crooked thieves at Iberostar. We are shocked by their low-down & nasty behavior.

Great hotel in which the professionalism of the staff and their kindness is a spectacle. From here to thank and dedicate a song to each and every one of the staff, but highlight the wonderful work with a special mention to great waiters such as: Miguel de Córdoba, César de Granada, Paco the Sevillian, the boy of the angel tattooed who already knows what That is a shade coffee, Diana the waitress but Dicharachera and not Jose Luís "Pepelu" the best bartender and friendliest of Toa La Isla. I leave many because all are of great category as we say in Andalusia, but these are for eating. By the way, the prize to room 6623 before 12 hours that we leave tomorrow lol thanks!

The iberostar Playa de Muro resort is a fantastic and a luxurious holiday destination. The location is perfect and has great access to a variety of activities and local amenities. It is rare you get to experience such a personalised holiday which is both relaxing and tranquil, where the staff consider your needs as a holiday maker and put this to the forefront of their service. Can I thank all the staff for truly appreciating what is important from that luxury holiday resort, in particular to the Assistant Manager Ignacio. The resort and staff made this experience one that I would certainly recommend to others and I look forward to visiting again in the near future.

Very nice hotel, the rooms are spacious. Ideal for family (and baby). The buffet is excellent, the staff at the small care.

Loved our stay, the village is nicer than the hotel next door and residents can use facilities for both but hotel customers can not use the village facilities. Meals are so well catered for and the staff are friendly and helpful. The beach front location is amazing but it is not very wide and gets busy in the afternoon, not an issue for those who swim in the mornings. There is a well organised sun lounger and umbrella system, which costs upto 13€ per day (Aug 2017), we were impressed that the beach sand is filtered daily. The shallow waters makes it great for the kids too.

Fantastic hotel. Right on the beach in a slightly more upmarket bit of Alcudia bay. Loved having breakfast overlooking the sea and was impressed with the food generally. Really relaxed vibe. Good for young families.

Ok but not a 5 star hotel, it is a good 4 star. Family oriented, very nice location. Sea is great but beach a little narrow. Winds can be strong. Forget coffee in morning at breakfast. They have a Nespresso machine that works about half the time and only makes a rather small cup of coffee. They also bring coffere to your table but this is undrinkable. I go to the bar after breakfast and buy it. Problem could be easily solved by installing a normal one cup service machine and adding a filtered coffee option for us caffeine nuts that are not too discerning.

Nice staff. Good food. The rooms to the pool on the far right are quite. The other rooms — especiallly the rooms towards the main pool next to the restaurant get the noise from the entertainers and shows starting after dinner.

Good location near the beach, with swimming pool, bar… the rooms are very well and also service.

Hotel is nice. Good poolpool. Buffet food and drinks. Lobby and bars etc have been refurbished in recent years. Looks good. Bedrooms are a little dated, double beds consist of two singles pushed together. Would stay again.

After a week holiday, we were very relaxed. We will book this hotel definitely again since have lacked us here at nothing: friendly staff, very good food, absolute silence on the roof terrace and direct access to the beach.

Very nice all inclusive resort in Mallorca! It has direct access to the beach and it also has an indoor swimming pool with sauna. The buffet was great! Lots of varieties of food. The only downside is that it is far away from Palma. I had to take an hour long bus ride into Palma in order to do some shopping. The western side of Mallorca does not have a big shopping district.
