Lovely hotel. Very clean and lovely staff, the staff in reception are excellent. Nothing to much trouble to help you.

Las Gaviotas is a beautiful hotel. Food is excellent and all the staff are so friendly. The beach is very close. We would highly recommend Las Gaviotas!

We have stayed 1 week in Las Gaviotas and overall we have thoroughly enjoyed the stay, the hotel is very nice, close to the beach and amenities in Playa de Muro. The suite was big enough for us (2 adults and 2 children). Hotel has several pools, we spent most of the time in the big family one, we have been there mostly in the evening, but it was never very busy, we had enough space to enjoy the time in the pool and to get sun loungers. We have used several time the gym, fairly small with one bike, one stepper and one runner, plus a bench and some weighs, but it was opened 24h so you could time your visit. Best thing in the hotel was the food, it was amazing, so much variety and very tasty, both for breakfast and dinner (we had half-board) and it was difficult not to succumb to all those culinary temptations. Have not used much the spa area, the water in the indoor jacuzzi was slightly colder than expected, while the saunas (both dry and wet) were not hot enough for my taste. The room was clean, but there were some niggling bits here and there — the lino on the floor had developed gaps between planks, some of the furniture was chipped, air-con was noisy. What I could not understand was that the safe in the room was not usable actually, you had to pay 20 EUR per stay to use it — why? First time I have seen this in a hotel, and not what I would expect from a 4-stars hotel.

I stayed on the 4th floor in a suite. This room was lovely and spacious for myself partner and ten year old daughter. She had a double pull out bed which she has informed us was very comfortable. The pools are fab with a 25 metre lane swimming pool, a normal fun pool for inflatables and a smaller pool which as a jacuzzi part. The gym is well equipped and cool. All staff are very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this hotel to anyone couples or family's. Definitely earns it's stars.

Amazing hotel! Friendly staff, amazing breakfast and dinner, room is quite nice, the beach in front of the hotel is lovely, they have 4 swimming pool so they are never packed. Totally worth it!

A pleasant experience. To be highlighted are the excellent pools and the Olympia type pool for swimmers. Good food and very helpful and gentle staff. Small but modern gym room. Hot and steam sauna. Small indoor pool / spa. Good housekeeping. Rooms can use some touch up painting and lobby some flowers / plants/ colours. Wi-Fi was excellent on android. 2 minutes walk to beach, close to street but not really audible in the rooms. Many shops nearby. Can say nothing about a/c as we didn't need it during our stay. It is possible to fully switch of ventilation. Which is good. Nice balcony with table and big chairs.

Quite a well-located hotel. Unfortunately, however, it is located directly on the main road towards the coast, which partly leads to traffic noise.
The room itself was large and clean.
The food (half board) was always sufficient, fresh and varied. Drinks in the restaurant were, of course, subject to price but an acceptable price-/performance ratio.
A large part of the guests were probably sportsmen, on almost every third balcony there were bicycles around. But the area is ideal for cycling holidays.

At first glance, super. We have the suite in a double room. Our room is already in the years that is also clearly recognizable, in the bathroom the fittings since the chrome dissolves, the toilet lid belongs is renewed and the brewing head in the shower has been renewed for a long time. The upholstered furniture on the balcony has stains and belong cleaned. Yuck. In the room itself it is so strongly possible after a disinfectant that I had to open all the windows for the first few hours.
There were two hairs lying on the bed, how I don't want to know.

Great hotel and the staff is great after the first time I was here I was immediately recognized and warmly greeted because you feel right at home.

Great hotel, rooms are good, very clean, the food is delightful! Both the breakfast and the dinner are balanced, there are plenty of fruits and vegetables, great salads, lots of fish. The typical pasta dishes are great prepared, the pizza is delicious. Only recommended. The restaurant is similar to a canteen, but that's OK.

Great amenities and lovely, thoughtful staff! The pools and mango smoothies were beyond fabulous. Enjoyed our time. Would love to stay here next time :)

Excellent food, large rooms, nice gardening, Spa very neat, Location not the best (2nd row to the beach, town itself just touristy, no charme at all. ), the best: service! The most friendly people on this Island!

Super nice modern hotel with many pools. Beautiful rooms. All very clean and well maintained. A little large and noisy dining room instead of a restaurant. Unfortunately, in the village no promenade for walking. Great beach just very crowded. You have to be there very early to secure an umbrella place on the beach.

Nice and above all clean hotel. The reception was open for 24h. The staff was always very nice and friendly. There were no communication problems with English and German. The food was always varied, so there was hardly anything double in a week. In addition, it was super delicious and there was a wide selection. Various salads, soup, fish, meat, rice, pasta, pizza, potatoes, sauces, cheese platters, desserts, such as cakes, ice cream, wobble pudding and more. For breakfast there were various breads, jam, honey, salads, hot buffet, such as sausages or nuggets, various eggs, yogurt, cereal, different types of milk, biscuits, …
There is also a Finnish sauna and steam sauna, as well as various wellness services that can be booked. The swimming pool is heated. There is also a snack bar at the other pool. There is also a gym.
The hotel room was great, modern and clean. Minibar, air conditioning, TV, hair dryer, shampoo, soap and body lotion and a balcony with very comfortable armchairs were to be found. Towels and bathrobes were always available.
The beach is only 100 — 200m away. Ideal for cyclists.
All in all, a totally satisfied week at this hotel.

Cancellation of my reservation for the policy decision of the address of this establishment. It is clear that it does not receive the same form to the people because of its ideology.

Very nice and modern hotel in direct proximity to the beach.
To the outer and inner appearance: The model is very modern – visually in any case an eye-catcher. The feeling of being in a big hotel bunker is definitely not, because of the square construction. Everything is bright and openly designed.
The room: We had a normal double room, which is really sufficient for two people. Nothing to complain about the cleanliness of the room. There was fresh towels every day, if desired. Furthermore, it was cleaned every day. Shortcoming: Because the shower water is displaced with chlorine, it can smell uncomfortable. The fridge in our double room, unfortunately, has not really cooled our drinks, but you can easily overlook it;) All in all, the room was also very modern, nicely decorated and had a large balcony with trendy seating.
The food: The Morning breakfast buffet offers something for everyone. There are no wishes too short. There were always several kinds of buns, but also bread. With coffee. Hot chocolate etc. And orange juice, you could feed on the machines. In addition to fresh scrambled eggs, cold cuts, cheese slices, paprika, tomatoes, cucumbers, there were also typical Spanish delicacies. If you had any desire, you could make a frying cake or eat cereals as well. The choice was great and delicious.
In terms of dinner there is nothing to complain about either. The food was varied and good.

Great hotel the suites are wonderful just like its staff who has always been kind and discreet some missing accessories in the room despite the presence of complimentary bathrobe.
We were greeted with champagne cups and our luggage was mounted in our room by the major man who is quite adorable.
Some bémols:
— We stayed there the second week of September, the entertainment was missing at the rendezvous.
— The breakfast is very salty access, from the customer, but only 20% of sweet for those who do not take salty in the morning it is not obvious. The freshly squeezed orange juice in the morning, replaces this excess of salty:)
— The evening buffet was always very good and hearty on the other hand all the meats are too cooked but it is possible to ask the Cook to make you a steak less cooked.
— The 4 beautiful pools are unfortunately not heated it is sometimes hard to get in but the SPA is free access in a quiet room is Zen what is great and the sea of course, is that warmer.

Well, separate pools, bike rental nearby, cleanliness, but do not leave much loose for the room, only give dinners, the staff very friendly.

Excellent treatment and details. Very friendly and professional team. We have been offered free of charge a suite and welcome cava. The hotel is completely renovated with an exquisite taste. Comfortable and functional. Great bed to have a good rest.

Great hotel. Modern facilities. Here free Wi-Fi means that and it works well. Staff are excellent. Not forgetting the food good variety. My favourite has to be the swimming pools. I highly recommend this hotel.

Nice pool area, really nice with the adult pool for swimming. Good breakfast and friendly and serviceminded personal. The rooms are nice and with a cosy balcony. The perfect stay for both younger adults, families and elderly. We had a really nice stay (Julie, 2017)

Second visit to this hotel must be one of the nicest hotels in this part of the island food Wars 100% spot on fantastic value for money staff was so friendly and attentive.

Was comfortable And in walking distance from the beach but was filled with children although it wasn't a children's hotel. Service was unfriendly and seemed annoyed when asked for assistance.

Great location for a family holiday too.

This is possibly the worst hotel service Ive ever experienced. We booked three rooms arriving on different nights and they put each of us in different hotels the first night. If you want to stay at one hotel your entire stay, do not book here. For fun the manager is rude and unappolegetic.

Very nice hotel with very helpful staff. For me as a turtleneck conditionally suitable but it is very friendly and helpful. If you still can move something the hotel is only recommended fire Rolli rider. We feel very comfortable here and well raised. Dialysis dialysis seaside can be reached and that its staff speaks German and all are very nice. All in all only recommended!

We arrived to the hotel straight from the airport. The first impression was how beautiful and clean the hotel is. The front staff were incredibly friendly and resourceful. One thing that completely won us over was a quick complaint that was actioned IMMEDIATELY. Our first room had a strong sewage smell in the washroom that was bugging us. We called reception and instantly we were upgraded and moved to a bigger, more luxurious room for our troubles. Biggest win, that is what you call service. The property is beautiful, swimming pools and amenities are maintened very nicely. Lastly the best part of the hotel is it's a 5 min walk from the beach. Was very easy to go back and forth from the beach. Would highly recommend this hotel. My girlfriend and I are younger and from Canada. Most guests in this hotel are from Germany so the hotel pertains to them more.

Stayed here only one night staff were helpful the rooms were huge suites and very modern food was nice spa lovely and 2 pools to choose from outside I was not here long enough to say any thing negative thank you for a pleasant night stay.

We arrived yesterday and plan to cycle for a week. Lovely modern hotel and reasonably priced. Great breakfast, Buffet @ €15. You won't be disappointed. Day 6, tomorrow we depart. We were thoroughly satisfied, excellent staff.

This hotel is just awesome… when we arrived, they told us we had to spend the first night in the hotel next to Las Geviatos Suites because there was a problem with our reservation. They also told us that we would therefor get an upgrade from a double room to a suite. FOR FREE (: I still can't believe how nice and clean this hotel is. Bath, bedroom, pools and staff, everything is just fine (: Location: bars, restaurants and a very nice beach The hotel they send us to also was really nice. We will come back :)

Located on the first line. The outside looks like built in the 1970s.

The best hotel by far on our honeymoon to Spain. Location, service, food, rooms… everything was excellent. Perfect stay.
