Nice and competent staff both in service. Restaurant and reception. I was especially grateful to the receptionist who solved my problem with the boarding pass. I'm in this. Year for the 2nd time at Alcudi Mar and the next time I will check in again.

We are here for the second time in this hotel. The first room was very noisy in the evening until 11 p. M. Due to a machine noise. The room on the 4th floor is quieter. It's all clean and tidy. The staff friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very varied and good. There are plenty of restaurants in the area to eat, so everyone has to find their taste. Unfortunately, Mallorca has become very expensive.

Dear All, This year we have planned our holiday in Majorca for the 3rd time, and have not doubted for a second about booking at JS Alcudia hotel again. Nice hotel, friendly staff, with the right variety in the dinner and lunch. For us it is perfectly understandable that there are already customers who have booked at this hotel for more than 15 years. Kind regards Jean Walstock.

Convenient location of the hotel, about 2 minutes to the beach, just crossing the street. Car rental, SPA, gym service available in the hotel. Very delicious and various dinner and breakfast menu. Gentle personal and services.

The hotel overall deserves 4 stars because the location is strategic both to go to the sea and to reach Alcudia. From there Palma is about forty minutes away, so it's not too far away. The rooms are well stocked however the lack of the double bed is felt! The pool is cute (it also has the hot tub) the spa consists of a steam room that doesn't smell, a sauna and a pool with whirlpools and a boiling water! What I just didn't like is the kitchen: big amounts bad quality. The staff are friendly and helpful.

This hotel is is definitely five stars in my book. Although there isn’t many English here. The reception staff have really good English. Food is so lovely so much choice. Rooms are lovely comfy bed free air con and Wi-Fi is always a bonus. Every worker has always got a smile. Was my first time here but trust me I will be back. No faults what so ever. Only down side to this hotel which is nothing to do with the hotel was the length of transfer from airport and that was three hours. But even arriving at the hotel at 3am in the morning we were offered drink and snacks. So Alcudia manager your staff are perfect so is your hotel well done. Still here till 9th but I will be back hopefully September x thanks again.

We were there now in May, before the so-called start of the season. Unfortunately, it was drilled and hammered under high pressure opposite, because of a hotel completion JS Alcudi Mar has incredibly nice staff, who always showed themselves helpful, patient and open. The buffets were rich and varied (national themes), leaving nothing to be desired, in my opinion. My companion was too cold the "warm" food, it didn't bother me. Every night live program. Pool and its surroundings clean and welcoming. Our double room had balconies (unfortunately not usable s. O. ) and shower room. The shower ran over during the shower, you could then wipe away well with the big shower towels because there were always fresh towels. Would I book again.

Excellent service and food. Js Alcudi Mar is worth to be recomended thanks to great hospitality and food quality. I enjoyed stay in this hotel very much and plan to revisit it again.

The hotel is very good value for money. Our room was on the corner, and apart from a terrace overlooking the pool with armchairs and bedside table, I had everything we needed, and we cleaned it every day. I want to highlight the excellent treatment that the staff dispenses. In particular, my thanks to the chef, Jose, pity that I do not remember his last name, a person attentive and always ready to please with his dishes, always devising something new and surprising. And then a very affectionate memory for Javi and Silvia, two waiters who apart from having always impeccable tables, are efficient, very helpful and have a smile to give to all guests, no matter nationality. They make a holiday become unforgettable. Thanks guys. You guys are great. If I travel back to Majorca, I'll see you again.

This hotel is the best we've had since the beginning of our travels. Super friendly staff, great rooms, great interior decoration and a food quality and — selection that can't be better. All in all, we can highly recommend it to everyone, here the Mallorca holiday will remain in the best memory. Really TOP + + + + +

FOA Any Cyclist — Do NOT stay at this hotel unless you want to pay 5 euro a day to lave you bike underground. The hotel will not let you leave your bike on the balcony / in room and enforces this policy at all times. For two persons thats the best part of 100 euro a week. Its a complete scam. The policy is a shame because it's an otherwise nice hotel.

Happy with the stay, I would highlight the great variety in the breakfast buffet, where the waiters are quite friendly. Food of all kinds, fruit, pasta, lots of variety of breads, creps, sausage, cooked, smothies… the only thing I did not like about the breakfast is that there are no cartles indicating that it is every food, for example in the smothies, juices, sausages, syrups, jams…
Spacious and comfortable common areas, the double room comfortable, bed very comfortable although they are two small beds attached. The bathroom in the room that we touched had bad finishes, like silicone stickers on the wall, dirty frame of plaster or work, the bottom of the bathroom door was humid and moldy because the water comes out of the shower because it is at the same level of the ground. Good location the beach of Muro. I would say it again.

Nice hotel. All right, new. Room impeccable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Without Gekünzelt. A star deduction for the food, which personally does not convince me 100%. Nevertheless, I am here for 2 times and would like to come back.

Is a hotel, quite striking to any view, but I think, Q does not deserve more than 5 stars, only for their food, if they decide to pay, for breakfast and dinner, advise, not to do, bring home food, or included in the SIP nearest, or one of the restaurants, very varied q there is in the area. Its four stars, however, deserve it, a lot of attention from the employees, lots of possibilities to pass the time, etc…
I recommend not that bad Q, but should improve their food.

I stayed here in October 2017. Can't recommend it enough. The food was outstanding and the staff really friendly. Will be back that's for sure.

Very good location to the beach, central in town, Sejr Nice staff. What was particularly positive was the acoustics in the Essensaal. Despite the crowds, you never had the feeling that you were sitting in a noisy canteen. Someone probably thought about it. The food was great.

A lovely hotel to stay with family, with a very good location. It's a 4-minute walk to the sea. Hiring a bike. Decent menu.

Room and pool were nice, the spa was small but decent and quiet as it was low season. They did charge a deposit for towels to use in the spa though.

For one week half board booked, small room which was quite sufficient, however, a cockroaches in the bathroom. We were given another room, the breakfast selection yes, taste desirable. The dinner meat almost always not through (from the grill), thus not satisfactory.
I would not visit this hotel again.

Everything is great! Top staff, top rooms, top location… Just everything perfect! Free W-LAN available, sea very close with clean and not stony sand, hotel own spa with sauna is free and very nice. The morning buffet is huge! There are so many ways to eat. The only thing that could be criticized is the edges at the edge of the floor in the bathroom (where the water comes from the shower, mold has grown).

The sevice is great and the local people are very nice. The location of the hotel is great. The food also tasted very good. However, the cleanliness of the rooms leaves something to be desired. All rather superficial. And the beds have unfortunately pushed themselves apart with each movement (two single beds) and squeaked loudly. Despite everything, we were very satisfied.

Best hotel I've been in a long time all staff are friendly and professional, great rooms and quality and delicious buffet. Wifi does not work very well but I still give 5 stars.

Everyone from hotel's personnel was just sooooo friendly and helpful that we really felt welcomed and enjoyed our stay there to the maximum! We strongly recommend the half-board option as the food was very, very delicious! The location is also great — only 3-min walk from the beach, which is also great! Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!

Its a nice hotel the food is not bad you get a good choice, staff are friendly, the reps are good with the kids club, I can't complain about the hotel, we were in a family room they are a good size.

The Wi-Fi did not work for the whole week throughout the hotel. The air conditioning only worked on the lowest setting. The refrigerator was barely cold. The food was good and the cleaning was also ok.

Generally good stay. The staff is very nice and tried. In General, the hotel is very clean. Wi-Fi reception in the room was not as good, very good on the balcony and swimming pool. Breakfast and dinner are good for a 3 star hotel very well. The beds in the room were more like 3 stars, not bad but very plain and only single beds.

Hotel is recommended, especially since it is pet friendly. Rooms are clean and standard. Food is ok, but often, there's always the same buffet and dss food is not always hot. Service and general condition are ok.

Excellent customer service. At arrival we had two hotel employees who were not working at the time, take our bags from the bus to the front desk. Thomas who worked the restaurant and Buffett was outstanding. He spoke with us every day and was a very nice young man. He and his friend who helped us the first day are part of what made for a very nice stay at the Alcudi mar. Great location. Helpful staff who moved our room the first night with no problem so we could have a bath for the baby. Would stay here again for sure.

I am very happy and like to come every year! Clean hotel, the bathrooms have been renovated and there are many ways to satisfy the most varied interests! Very competent and friendly personnel. I've filled look well looked after. The restaurant is highly recommended, the dishes are top notch and leave open no culinary wishes! Excellent location, beautiful nature, and this very special Mediterranean flair!

This year we were back here and nothing has changed. Everything very clean, staff friendly, food enough and tastes. Who has something to complain about, to build a private hotel.

Stayed at Js Alcudimar from 17.08 until 23.08. For a 4 Star there are still many things to be improved. Animation program for guests especially when it is raining. The spa was fine but on a rainy day too busy. Staff really nice and friendly and hotel room clean even from my point of view room too small. We had a room facing the main road and was quite noisy and AC was not working. Food need improvement I was expecting some nice sea food not even one day with fresh prawns. The funniest was a sea food salad but with crab stick bought from supermarket. Furthermore the restaurant staff never bring new cultery when they take your last one always had to ask for new ones. For breakfast one expect tea spoon on tbe table but there is none and always have to ask for. The buffet need to be rework most food lack salt. Wish you good luck for future.

The worst hotel we have ever stayed.
Room and bathroom not clean.

"Cushion" in the bed was uncomfortable and thinner than the sheet.
Hair previously by guest in the room.
Evening food not very good and it was also divided when it can be dinner.
Remove the location and the beach was awesome but of course it is no merit of the hotels or not over it helps, how is the quality of the hotels.

It is the second time that I'm going to this hotel, very nice staff with us, very good food, the grounds and rooms clean, two minutes from the beach, just across the street, put three stars because it can always be improved.

Without hesitation, the staff is the best, I to Enchanted received treatment.

The gym and the spa area are very well.

Staff the hotel, and is fantastic leave you walk through all the with your pet… Bar terrace, gym, salon etc. Prices very affordable bar and dining room, have a gym where train… Don't have dumbbells or weights… A total serious shame.
