Fantastic staff from the time we arrived beautiful hotel very clean and environmentally friendly (no plastic bottles and a free water refill) pool, night time entertainment was really good, kids loved star club adults can have some time without kids which is great. Food was lovely so much choice my husband loved the sea food especially. Me and the kids loved it all haha. Kids especially loved the pool couldn’t get them out of it. Would love to go back! The area the hotel was in was spot on right next to the beach, right next to a nature park too. There’s a small supermarket about 150 yards away then more if you want to venture further. Kids had a go at pony riding it’s a bit extra but good for the experience. Kids were well looked after and so were we! Definitely recommend!

Excellent resort, run very professionally and all the staff deserve all the praise, very friendly and we all enjoyed our first family holiday abroad. Many Happy memories. Thank you.

Hotel located in a privileged environment with magnificent facilities and a wonderful staff, always attentive and attentive to the client, makes you feel at home. We have just spent ten days (it is our seventh summer) and we have checked how it has been possible to adapt to this situation managing to guarantee the safety of customers without losing the feeling of living a fantastic holiday We want to highlight, although they are all very professional, to Loly, our favorite waitress. Next year we'll see each other with or without a mask.

Recommended and safe to go with children! We were lucky enough to, as if nothing, to cross paths with a real turkey and its young! It was beautiful!

Great staff, good food but awful beds. Felt like I was sleeping on a camp bed. For that reason alone I wouldn’t recommend staying here considering it’s a 4 star hotel. The staff did try to resolve by putting a mattress topper on but it was still very uncomfortable. Real shame.

Just back from 11 nights at Albufera Park. Staff were amazing. Entertainment was outstanding along with kids club and facilities. Special mention to Rachel and Harm for making our stay extra special. X.

Fifth time here and absolutely fantastic hotel, restaurant, food and staff. Management always attentive to needs and very friendly. Jessica in particular is very professional and always smiling and lovely to have a conversation with :)

A very convenient family hotel, offering larger rooms than your typical hotel, bedrooms separated for privacy and relaxed sleep, a small kitchen area for preparing food and three small children water slides as well as various entertainment options. It is connected to the adjoining Playa hotel, which targets a more mature audience. At night the disco music cannot be heard which is excellent for rest, especially when you've been in other very loud hotels. The food is varied and includes sweets, salads, fruits and nice steakes. The half board is really convenient, at less than 20e for two meals, depending on the period. This includes the abundant dinner buffet. The all inclusive option, at an extra 60e, is really not needed. Staff members are polite. It is also good that they are NOT harassing guests to obtusely enforce rigid rules, like other obsessed hotels. Therefore, there is a long pants to dinner policy, but nobody will kick you out if you don't like sweating in winter clothes at a beach restaurant.

I don't usually write reviews, but in this case, it's needed. I have had the pleasure along with my family to stay for several days in the hotel Iberostar Albufera Park, and it's definitely the best family hotel I have ever gone. I can't only share what our great experience it has been. Right from our arrival, every person attending us, from the maids to the waiters to Abraham, the hotel director, were warm, friendly and just trying to make wonderful our stay. It's a big hotel, full of activities for everyone (our kids loved the ponies), where you can choose to be jumping from activity to activity, or just relax in one of its pools or the beach, right in front of the hotel. The activities team was friendly and nice, always looking and trying us to have a great time. A nice thing was that you can download a hotel App to your mobile where you can see the activities schedule, contact with the hotel to make any request, and also increase your Wi-Fi speed. One of the key differentiators in a hotel is the food. In this Iberostar it's great. Several buffets and restaurants to choose from, work great quality. We really enjoyed the one by the beach. Rooms were big enough for two adults and two kids, and we particularly appreciated that the night shows stopped music by 1030/11PM, as our kids go early to bed.

A perfect family hotel with family apartments. Three children's pools or An entire pool landscape. The kids club from 4 offers a lot. We felt incredibly comfortable there!
Super hotel and also the surrounding area. I have been to some places in Mallorca but the beach Playa del Muro is the most beautiful on the island with turquoise blue sea as in the Caribbean. The beach drops super flat and is therefore perfect for families.
Around the hotel it is quiet. If you are looking for more action, just get on the bus, opposite the hotel and drive to the next 2 towns.
Actually, you don't have to get out of the hotel because it offers so much. The spa, sports and the Starprestige sun terrace for the adults and a lot of varied program for children, from pool games, biscuit sbaked, pool minidisko… Have never seen such a good and diverse animation.
The food in the hotel is a dream with lifecooking and themed evenings. Even after 3 weeks, the buffet will not be boring. The hotel is large and offers plenty of swimming pools, lounge areas and…
All the staff at the hotel are always nice and have a smile for everyone on their lips. The reception is top and takes care of all concerns. The total service is 1A peak. Many guests have been spending their holidays there for 20 years and there is a reason for this. Absolutely recommended!

Great location next to beautiful beach. Hotel rooms were modern and clean. All pools were clean and safe. Restaurants at the hotel were clean and the waiting staff were friendly and cheerful. Drinks were good and there was a wide range to choose from. Food at this hotel I have to say was very poor to be honest. Meat and fish was not the best quality at all and the chefs cooking the meat and fish etc for evening meals were not the best trained as one evening I was offered a rare pork chop with blood dripping from it?!. Most evenings I had to eat pizza and chips for this reason, I would have eaten pasta but even that was a difficulty for this hotel to cook as it was undercooked (hard). The food let this hotel down really badly and made our holiday memorable for the wrong reasons.

Perfect location! I chose the all inclusive package and it was worth every penny. The buffets were amazing, rooms were nice and clean, they also had a tour kiosk on site to book excursions. We did the sunrise and dolphin tour and horse riding. Amazing, one of the best Birthday’s I’ve had. Oh and definitely try out the spa. I got two treatments aromatherapy and a hot stone massage. Excellent staff!

Fantastic place. Highly recommended. This was our third visit. The hotel is ideally located right on the sandy beach of a shallow lagoon. The staff and catering is excellent as well.

It is a wonderful Place to experience a luxury Holiday for me with my Family. We were here at the same Time in 2017. The Service at all Levels is very good to evaluate. We are planning to come back here next Year with its Facility as we all agree. Unfortunately, our Time is already around tomorrow Morning. That's why we look forward to 2019. Xcellent selection at breakfast. Competing in the Mallorca 312 bike ride, and found this to be an excellent hotel, near enough to the start / finish, but far enough away for peace and quiet. Negative: Too shorter stay.

They have a very friendly and attentive staff (Loli is a primer). The food is excellent. Only lack of water in the rooms. The rest is spectacular. Highly recommended for families.

The staff a 10 the facilities could improve in small details and the food good but very repetitive at Easter the food would be appreciated a bit of the island's cuisine which lacked it.

For our family holiday the perfect hotel: very close to the beach, large pools, a small indoor swimming pool. Buffet Restaurant with all-inclusive, fun children's programme, small bar with all-day snacks. Friendly staff who knows how to deal with children.

The best hotel in Mallorca with autemberaubendem views and the nicest staff. The customer service is unique, you feel at home. The staff is always in a good mood and always has a wide smile on their face. The buffet has a huge selection and the freshly squeezed juices in the morning are top. Also the decoration of the rooms is very modern and decorated with a lot of taste and super clean. Most of all we enjoyed the wide sports programme with beach Yoga and the fantastic view from the hotel. Our stay was brought to perfection by the super friendly staff:) Thank you!

Fantastic place to go, beach access restrictions not here unless it's towards the pool area. With balcony in all rooms only problem with this place is the strong smell of rotten e g gs from eight pm till six am coming through the RT ooms from the beach's I beleave, I could be wrong from were it comes from but eather way it lingers through the night. So if you wanted to sit out on your balcony then I'd say I wouldn't as it is bad but if you close the doors of your balcony then it's fine you won't smell it. Apart from this the place is grate to be and the service is fantastic.

The best resort of Iberostar director and assistant principals reception waiters more animation a 10 is not enough a super 20, I would ask a favor Carolina Rodriguez is a great person and deserves to be director of a hotel in Alcudia a marriage Q we want a lot.

Location 10, facilities 10, food 10, staff better than 10. We also went to end of season but still everything was functional and the staff excellent and as always at Iberostar the food very good in variety, quality and quantity.

Everything's pretty good. Better food. You are offered late check out when you book, but casually leaving one Sunday none of the 10 marriages we had availability.

Expensive hotel but totally worth it! The food rocks, Beach is Great!

Very good hotel, both at the level of facilities, and services. A 10 for all the hotel team, very friendly at all times and that we are at the end of the season. The buffet we found was very varied and of good quality as well. 100% recommended to go with family.

We had a fantastic week at Iberostar hotel! Top service and top facilities. The location is just perfect. The beach is right in front of you with water being just as clear as the pools. They had an amazing breakfast buffe offering everything between pancakes, fresh made smoothies and all typical Spanish food. My kids got to go to their swim school and also to the "kids corner" where they were taking care of their fanatic staff members while we could enjoy our time in the roof top. An extra that definitely is worth paying for. We will come back for sure!

The hotel is really lovely. The staff are so nice and helpful. Food is excellant and there is plenty of things for children and adults to do. Only drawback is the mosquitos at night Doesn't seem to matter what you use covered in bites the next morning.
