Good and clean hotel with nice restaurants and good breakfast.

Good quisine, good service, iron in the room.

The best hotel I've been to. Large beautiful rooms, in my standard room there was still a large terrace separate, do not know in all so. Adequate prices for the kitchen and bar.

Stayed for a day and a half in the so-called business room. Enjoyed the friendly staff, a decent dinner/breakfast, a quick check-in and check-in procedure. But! The room was very smoked, the request to change the room for a meeting did not go, citing the fact that there are no rooms available. The door to the balcony opened badly, the shower in the bathroom uncomfortable, water flowing on the floor, the kettle did not work. So there is something to work on in terms of improvement in this hotel.

Nice hotel. If to consider its cost then on 200, % justifies expectations. The rooms are clean and the buffet for every taste. A little chilly for babies, but the Conder saves.

Many times visited this hotel for a few years to honestly say it was worse, the rooms are not (cheap) removed a lot of useful things such as a spoon for shoes, etc. Shoe accessories, sewing set, plumbing is falling apart, no water, the bath is reeling well it's me about the standard in which I lived, with breakfast and dinner. Slippers have become not branded good quality though China, now it is the usual collapsing white slippers. Bed linen towels worn, shabby with sticking threads around the edges. The switch in my room rear, which could lead to bad consequences. In general, if all this is eliminated, it will be just as nice to visit this hotel.

Hello! I stayed in this hotel for a few times. After the new year 2018 the situation changed dramatically. First, put an invoice like the same value as before, but now without VAT. It turns out our company now in the end pays more than + VAT. The obvious minus! They have changed the company through which they have invoiced, and the new company is not a VAT payer. Breakfast and dinner were much worse in terms of choice! Here the girl recommended room 1905, with a conservatory, everything is nothing, only in the room badly stinks sewers, because of the lack of siphon under the sink, there is just a hose (no hydraulic shutter), it is constantly smelling. The faucet on the sink is constantly running through the hull, asked to be repaired, did not happen in the bathroom instead of a shutoff valve which should be (non-standard blue plug). The curtains were torn down, asked to be eliminated, removed in 3 days. Cracks in the entrance doors of huge sizes. The kettle was with a hole, the water poured out, the table on which was bulgy. The kettle was very clean. I asked for a phone call to the counter. When I came to the room in the evening, found that the plug from the handset vytknut (apparently not complaining), the room was cleaned. Last time stayed in room 1205, no special problems with the room, only sometimes brought two bottles of water, sometimes one. Coffee (bag) that put, then no.

Very good value for money: Rooms are large, everything you need in the room is: slippers, bathrobe, safe, etc. My room had a balcony and a winter garden. Next time I'll ask for the number 1905 again.
Breakfast and dinner included in the bill, this is a definite plus. However, dinner is quite modest, but hungry will not stay:)

A great hotel, good location just a few minutes from the Centre, although you have to go by taxi or bus, taxi are about two or three euros…, good cleanliness and comfort. The restaurant food is very good. The only downside (and just to say something) is that the water pressure is very low. But will that great if not you want to pay the fortune that apply hotels in the Centre.

The hotel is located near the beautiful promenade. The staff is excellent. They speak different languages. Friendly, friendly, always ready to help and answer questions about that. For example. How easier, better and cheaper to get there or what to visit in the city. Air conditioning in the room. Also in the room to our services in the hotel were slippers, bathrobes, coffee, tea, iron, ironing board, safe.

Hotel is very nice compare to the price. Everything was clean but you can see that hotel is a bit old. Breakfast is rich and I think everybody find something. There is also wellness but thru my visit it was closed because of bank holiday and xmas.

Decent hotel. I stayed for a night because of flight delays. Food can be improved though.

Nice hotel. Comfortable. In winter last year filmed for a week. The interchange is not bad but in the evening around the swarms of cars.

Despite the size, it's quiet and cozy. The hotel is a big plus for smokers, which does not prevent people who have a healthy lifestyle. The location is excellent. Recommend!

Tough four. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was very good. The Wi-Fi was very small and the elevator was very small and very small.

It was a pleasant stay in the hotel. The service at the reception was very good and they hadn't a problem to talk in english. The buffet for breakfast and dinner were quite good. But for the warm meals you could tell that these were prepared with almost no love. The taste was ok enough to satisfy your hunger. I recommend to go to a nearby restaurant.

Not that hotel. Don't Fantan, but there's something good to say. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Room clean, intelligent. At least it's furnished with the nearest flea. It's warm in the winter. This is not a negligible thing in the capital. But there are downsides to the truth alone. Hot water's not really hot. A little warmer. No questions at all about breakfast. The breakfast was not poor. And dinners also surprise her diversity.

After paying in full for two luxury rooms for several days through a booking website and having travelled for over 30 hours from another country, I was made to wait to occupy the rooms for six hours. After paying for half board (paid breakfast and dinner) I was told that only breakfast will be provided. Level of hospitality seems inhospitable.

Run down hotel, I do not recommend it.

One of the worst customer services for a 4-star hotel. The employees were not only rude but unresponsive. We had to wait over 15 mins to get a bottled water at the bar, when the whole place was empty. Also one of the bartenders took our order than left the bar, not to be seen that night. English speaking foreigners should look elsewhere. The only benefit of the hotel is there included breakfast and dinner which is average at best.

Often stop there. The staff were really friendly and helpful. And though furniture already. It's time to change.

Comfortable rooms, good restaurant, friendly staff. Some rooms are very cold in winter. Bad that the hotel does not have a gym.
