Good evening. I want to share with you my impressions about this hostel. I was in Kazakhstan for a couple of days and checked into a hostel. The location of Revenge is very convenient, there is a bus stop nearby. Very clean and cozy, nice polite staff. I would like to note that they gave me slippers as soon as I arrived there, so that I could walk around and see what it looked like and where I could sit.
It was a pleasure.

Great hostel for very little money. Clean bed linen, spacious rooms and what’s nice is a separate wing for women and a separate wing for men, separate toilets and kitchen. The only minor drawbacks are the lack of an outlet and individual light above the bed. Polite girls at the reception. For this price the best option.

We booked the hostel through Booking based on the reviews.
I arrived, checked in, paid for 4 nights. On the third night at 2:00 am I came home from work, but they refused to accommodate me, they said that the place was occupied, although my things were also in my place, they refused to return the money (may it bring you happiness and prosperity! ). I had to look for another place to stay at 2:00 am.
In terms of level of responsibility — zero.
In terms of cleanliness and service, no more than a C. The staff does this, as long as they fall behind.
In the immediate vicinity there are a couple of other hostels, a cut above and at the same price.
Judging by the fact that negative reviews affect the rating and no one is working on it, we draw conclusions: that the attitude of the owners is not caring.

Disgusting place! the staff is aggressive and you start yelling for nothing, admins sleeping with tenants and loudly discussing other residents. If you will check, you are commanding tone kick out of the room. The locals are aggressive Mambet and mambedi that the toilet drugs. Avoid this place for 3 km.
