Absolutely loved this hostel. We didn't have a booking but they were so helpful in accommodating us. Really comfy beds, good kitchen and bathroom facilities.

Good and cheap option.
Best location.
Best staffs.
Best amenities.
But rooms and features should be better.

Excellent stay in Almaty! I was surprised by how modern the hostel was and how nice the rooms were. The owner is very friendly and speaks great English.

I stayed at the hostel for a few nights while visiting Almaty. The location is excellent—right in the city center, with a nice café across the street and Dostyk Plaza just a short walk away.

Not used their service personally but helped a guest checking in there as a tour guide. The hostel is compact, but cozy. People are friendly and helpful.

Location is cozy right on Kok Tobe, a little away from the center. The hosts were extremely friendly and could help with many matters.

We stay at Abay Hostel for 2 days in a triple room.
The host was helpful and kind. She stayed up late at 24:00 to greet us for check-in and wake uo early for doing check-out for us at 03:00.

Hostel 211A offers good sized rooms and a comfortable bed. I liked having a single bed. OK storage space. Staff are friendly but not sure how much English they speak.

One of the best hostels in Almaty where I had to stay. The welcome is polite, the hostel is cozy and clean. We'll just stop here now.

In principle, everything is fine, for the price and quality, + the floor in the shower is heated, there is really not enough shelf for charging the phone and power bank, and the stairs to the second

Honestly, I didn't encounter any bad experiences staying in this hostel. I ended up staying here twice due to affordable price and its location that's close to Pavilon Park (less than a mile walk).

I had a wonderful 3-night stay at Alma-Ata Hostel! The place is clean, cozy, and has such a warm and welcoming vibe.

Very cosy and friendly hostel. Close to metro, ATMs, shops, cafes & restaurants and everything you may need. Administrator is so professional. Always clean, silent. Suggested place to stay!
