Terrible situation. They can't breathe there. The air conditioning does not work. The beds and bedrooms are filled with a stinking smell. The staff is not friendly.
➜ I made a reservation 1.5 months ago. During this time, plans changed. I informed the hostel after 14:00 on the day of check-in. The money was not returned. I asked to send instructions and rules for the hostel, but they did not send them. Guys, there are hostels in Almaty where you will be treated humanely and in accordance with your rights. I do not recommend this hostel.
