The hotel is centrally located, within walking distance of everything. Cleaning is done daily. Towels and toiletries are changed daily. The bed is large and comfortable. The room is spacious.

The hotel's location is ideal, everything is close by. I was very pleased with the spa, sauna, and pool – the perfect end to a day of sightseeing. The breakfast was delicious.

They asked us to move from kitchen saying "the breakfast will start". We were not gonna try to get it free, it was rude. Also if we want, we can pay. Except for that, rooms were good.

Great location. Comfortable apt. The mattress was too soft for us though. The kitchen has gas and some utensils you can cook.

I stayed at Resident Kazybek Bi Hotel, Almaty for 5 nights, and I can confidently say this has been one of my best stays in the city so far.

Comfortable stay. Many restaurants and shops nearby. Friendly front desk. Breakfast had limited options specially for vegetarians. Overall, nice experience.

Modern hotel in the center of town. Room enough spacious even if, using ot for business, I would prefere a full desk/table and a proper chair. Clean.

I stayed in a single room for 5 nights. Great location: on the main street with the short distance to Astana Square, MiG exchange office and Panfilov park.

The location of the property is strategic, near to supermarket and easy for pickup by yandex. So convenient.
They do not have lift.

Upon arrival I had amazing check-in by Ms. Kamila and Ms. Symbat was a great check in and they are very polite and professional.

The room is small but very clean. Shower, towels, hairdryer, slippers. A dental kit is available upon request, but my room already had one. Tea and a coffee in the room.

The owners that managed the place are very helpful and friendly, The rooms are very clean and well maintained and the Breakfast Buffet is Really Good. 😁

We asked for vegetarian breakfast and they did comeup with the veg options.

It is a fantastic place! It's very beautiful and cozy, houses are very lovely, with everything you need including a sauna which sounds like a dream.

To be honest, I was apprehensive of booking this hotel. The name, the style, everything just seemed a little off, however the location and some of the positive reviews swayed us here.

We stayed at Hotel Kazakhstan for 4 nights with my family. Location-wise, it’s one of the best places to stay in Almaty, very close to the Kok-Tobe cable car ride.

I had a great experience at East Palace Hotel. The location was great for where I needed to go and accessible for taxis. The rooms were clean — bathroom and shower was nice.

During our checkin around 2am morning we are so excited but exhausted and receptionist gave us wrong room which is not yet clean smelly and messy.

Check-in was quick and easy, and the reception staff were very polite and friendly. Breakfast was always tasty, with some items changing daily, which was a nice touch.

We booked an appartment at Evergreen Hostel. The location is very nice, the building is situated in a calm & green area. The appartments we had (we came twice) all were very comfortable.

This one is a nice hotel, situated a bit off from city centre though. Staff is nice and polite, serve with a warm smile. Few small pointers could have been a little better.

It’s new and nice. Beds are comfortable. Rooms are small but not tiny. Very quiet outside. There is a great Turkish restaurant just outside. It’s 4 stars but rooms and beds are quite 5.

Great hotel on top of the mountain with a wonderful view. To reach out the hotel, I needed to use cable car from Medeu parking area that will take approx. 1 hour.
