Took the hostel bed for one night.
The upper bunk beds are moderately difficult to get in and out of. I had to make my own bed and put the clean sheets around my pillow and bed sheet which was a hastle doing it on the bunk bed.
The bathroom was clogged through out my stay and all 6 of us didn't have an option but to use it.
The breakfast buffet is good and the heated pool and sauna are worth it.
The Wi-Fi is extremely poor and you can't get anything done with it.

We stayed at Shymbulak Hotel with our family for four days and truly loved the experience. The hotel is very cute—nothing fancy, but with a unique and charming style that makes it feel special. The staff were amazing: extremely polite, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The only small downside was that it felt a bit too warm at night because the heating system runs continuously.
Breakfast was buffet style with a limited selection, but there were still enough good options to enjoy a decent meal. The hotel restaurant is very cozy, and we especially loved the outdoor hot pool, which was clean and perfect for relaxing after skiing. The sauna area is also very nice, and there is a relaxing room where you can prepare tea and unwind after the sauna, which we really enjoyed.
The location is perfect—directly on the slope, making everything very convenient.
We had a wonderful stay and will definitely come back again.
