It's a great location. Very cozy and comfortable. I stay here when I'm in Almaty. Breakfast is also good.

Well, I visited here in mid-April. Overall rating that I liked everything! Well now in order. To begin with, the hotel is in the heart of the city, close to the metro in 1 minute walk.
The hotel itself is cozy, in several floors. There is a lift and stairs (there is an amateur). The staff were very friendly and helpful. Kindly explained what and how. Inside is clean in the lobby yes and everywhere. They're watching this. What about the room. The room is priced and quality. It was not a pity to give money. The rooms are spacious. Inside there is a good bed, safe, mini bar, balcony, clean and fresh linens, unlimited internet and TV.
Breakfast was good. Yes, and I'm not very much. Overall positive emotions 10 out of 10.

A modest hotel in the center of the city, direct access to the street Panfilov, where the festival was held in honor of Nauryz, watched folk festivities. Near the old Square, Almaty Arbat. Not far a good deli "Jubilee". The hotel is clean, the rooms have everything you need, including disposable toothbrushes and combed. Every day in the room put water. The staff is very helpful, friendly, responsive to any request. For me the only problem was the noise from the yard at night. I like to sleep with the window open. We stayed for two nights, on a visa run, and shopping trip. The staff was very professional, and the hotel was very clean. The room was small, like a European room. The bathroom was a decent size, with all amenities. The free Wi-Fi was strong, with an antennae on each floor. As we left for the airport at 1500, the staff let us use the room until 1400. The organized a shuttle to the airport for us, for 2500 tenge. We did not eat in the restaurant, but we had coffee, and the menu seemed seemed varied, and reasonably priced, for Almaty. I would stay there again.
