I would not recommend, there are better options in the town.

Not good for International tourist. Small rooms and staffs speaks regional language only.

Expected more. Dark, the carpet was cleaned out of quality, in the room 2 of the 3 outlets were very loose, which is not safe.

There is a good dinning Hall and room. In bathroom door was not working well. Fan was not working too. Desing is ok.

Not like it, everything looks as if cleaned and repaired all in one or two. To increase the star, the hotel needs an investment.

Not a 4 star hotel at all. Would recommend any curtains to wash. About the restaurant in general silent. It is better to pass a little and tasty supper with good service.

There was a broken switch in the room. The coil was reeling. The ball valve is very tight. Breakfast skimpy and so so.

Budget Hotel with conveniet location.

Small cozy hotel, polite service staff, sauna, gym, great for every taste American breakfast, comfortable, soft beds, near the metro and buses.

I had a fantastic stay. Very courteous staff always willing to listen to you. Superb breakfast. Will feel no hesitation in staying the same hotel on next visit.

The convenient location. Fast check in. Friendly and helpful staff. Standard room close. In the shower is leaking watering can. Hot water need to wait minutes. 10, flowing water. The room was clean. Bed net. Breakfast buffet, but the selection is meager.

In the living room in the shower head was broken.

This hotel is expensive for what you get. For this money I would expect so much better when compared to western Europe hotels. Staff speak good English, but do not do anything out of their way to help. The shower in my room leaks, and will go from Ice to red hot magma in seconds and back again. Looks like its been broken a long time. However, Wi-Fi is ok, room is clean, Breakfast is a buffet, and is not kept refrigerated. I would not choose to stay here again. watch out if you ask them to book you a taxi to the aiport, 3000 kzt for the taxi, paid in cash. Or via the hotel, for the same taxi, 3, 500 kzt per person.
