I only stayed here 1 night, if it wasn't so expensive I would have stayed more nights. I love the fact that there is no carpet as that just feels so much more hygienic.

We stayed here for 5 nights just recently in a spacious king room. The room was excellent but the true value is in its staff.

I had a wonderful stay at Henn Na Hotel Tokyo Ginza, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tokyo.

We call this place the “robot hotel” because there are two robots at the reception, although they only move their heads to watch guests.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Booked the twin room and it was considered spacious for hotel room in Japan. We can open two large luggages, still have room for walk and a stroller.

Hotel Monterey La Soeur Ginza is a pleasant place to stay, with friendly and helpful staff, although their English skills are quite limited, which can make communication a bit challenging at times.

Very nice hotel. No restaurant as such but the lobby has 24hr free noodles and soft drinks, also it's got a 7-11 next door which is handy for buying a meal.

We stayed at Quintessa for our travel to Japan in Nov 2025. It's a pretty nice hotel with a cosy vibe.

I just recently stayed at the Tokyo Marriott hotel for a 3-nights stay. This hotel is truly amazing. The staff are incredible and provided the best service in every encounter.

We loved the kindness of the staff and the elegance of the place. The hotel provided everything we needed, such as hair dryer, comb, shampoo, a fridge and even complimentary bottle of water.

A practical, clean, comfortable, and modern hotel. Located on the Aramae — Asakusa Tokyo highway. Very child-friendly with goodies and amenities provided at check-in.

Across the street from Ikebukuro station, with a 7-Eleven on ground floor, this is a convenient hotel to stay at in Ikebukuro. Lots of restaurants and shopping within a few blocks.

The location is good. The check in was fast. The hotel crews are professional and polite.

Friendly and professional staff, great location, our twin room was a decent size, very clean with a nice bath tub.

Very clean. The room service is very thorough and on days when I didn't have my room cleaned, I was given a package with fresh towels. Everything worked well. Great water pressure, always hot.

Very nice apartment-hotel. Our room was very quiet and spacious. A large TV in the bedroom and the living room. Full usable kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The staff is very professional and polite.

Probably 4.5 stars but the staff were so nice and the location was so good I rounded up. I'm 6'6" and the shower is about 6'5", so that was annoying, but the bed was comfortable and the breakfast

We stayed at this hotel from 8 to 12 December in room 908. This double room has two separate beds, a wardrobe, a fridge and a desk. The staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful.

Awesome hotel in a cool neighborhood. There is a public onsen which was so relaxing after big days of walking.
The lobby had hair oils, coffee & tea, slippers and robes for guests.

The hotel was very easy to find and self check in was easy. The room was really quiet, I didn't hear any noise from the corridor at all.

We absolutely loved our stay at Ochanomizu Inn. The location was fantastic and made it very easy to explore Tokyo and get around the city.

Conveniently located near the train and two shopping centers. An incomprehensible amount of local eateries. Decently sized rooms with comfortable beds.

Very quiet hotel, even outside! Mostly used by Japanese guests for meetings, trainings, etc. Polite staff. Breakfast oriented to Japan cuisine. 5 minutes to Metro station and Sunamo shopping centre.

The hotel room was practical but very small. We had no room for a travel cot and the under bed 'storage' was too small for our suitcases.

Pretty and quiet area in or near ginza. Staff were very helpful in arranging a taxi for me and recommending nearby places.

The views from the hotel room are stunning in the day as well in the night. Rooms are spacious and clean. We had an additional bed along with a double bed and still had enough space to move around.

We had great stay here. Rooms are large (40sqm) with small kitchenette and washing/dryer machine. Relatively new (April 2025 opening). Quiet part of Ginza.

The apartment was less than 5 mins away from the Hibiya line, very convenient. We even walked to Ginza with our 2 years old on Sunday morning. The room is big, comfortable and cozy at the same time.

We had a really pleasant stay here at the tail end of our Japan trip.

We chose this hotel as we wanted to be close to the airport for our flight the next morning, and well, it was really perfect for that.

Had to be at the airport at 6am so I was looking to book a hotel right outside the airport and with a shuttle so I wouldn't have to deal with the trains from central Tokyo so early.
