Central location, close to Tokio Station, but very small rooms.

Near everything, just 10min walk to metro and 15min walk to Tokyo Trainstation. Nice but small rooms. Wifi is good, breakfast is bit limited. Only few soup, cereals, bread and salad and eggs and rice. Bed is hard and pillows not that good. But I would come here again because you can walk everywhere and it has good Wi-Fi and breakfast.

Great to visit Tokyo. Small but functional rooms. Breakfast buffet But I don't like that it is served pretty much in the hotel lobby. Overall a good structure at 50 meters from the Metro.

Compared to the typical Tokyo hotels, the rooms are slightly more spacious. The service is excellent. Case in point, when the toilet was clogged at 9 pm on Thursday night, they tried unsucceasfully to resolve the issue. Failing that, they gave us another room the same night, all the while being very apologetic about the whole thing. Excellent service.

Acceptable. The rooms are small as is usually in these types of hotels in Japan but very adequate. Mainly the bathroom is very good. It includes the unhelping which is a simple but acceptable buffet. It has washing machines and dryers on the second floor. Overall pretty good for the price.

Very friendly and English-speaking staff. Room was small, but comfortable. I would stay here again, especially as a single guest. Restroom was nice, and all amenities were provided at the front desk. Complimentary breakfast was crowded by 8 o'clock, so I would try to go early. Food was decent and had good variety.

Located in a quiet area of Tokyo close to the metro. The rooms are very small but clean. Friendly helpful staff and a good selection of food at breakfast.

It is a hotel Q meets quality price, the small but functional rooms, good bed, comfortable bathroom. The very executive neighborhood, reminds of Zurich, close to Tokyo station, very quiet. The very appropriate Metro to get around, takes you directly to Ueno where you take the Skyline to Narita airport.
It doesn't have so many people and it has its good restaurants. Photos view and breakfast, curious eat salads, but there are breads, cereals, yogurt and even soups. There are no cheeses in Japan…

The hotel itself was great for a budget stay, wish the breakfast area was a bit bigger. The walk to the subway is about 10 minutes. Would recommend staying closer to other districts, like Ginza, Shibuya, or Akihabara.

Great success to stay a few days in the city. The rooms are very clean and helpful. Friendly staff and they understand and speak a little English. When we arrived the Check Inn was fast and efficient. A great selection in relation quality-price. Great value for money.

Very close to the metro station, surrounded by drug stores and super merchants, as well as a number of restaurants. The function of life is ideal.

Very conveniently located near Tokyo Station. The staff are friendly and speak English fairly well, so there's very little chance of miscommunication. The rooms are kept very clean, and the amenities above-average compared to other hotels I've stayed at in Japan. The room size is a bit smaller than average, but still very comfortable.

We stayed for around 10 days and I can only say good things about the hotel, the staff was always super friendly and helpful, the bed was comfortable and everything was always very clean and tidy. The location was also really convenient as it's close to Tokyo Station and other Metro stations like Hatchobori and Nihombashi. I would definitely stay again!

It's a pretty good hotel. The location is in a pretty quiet area with plenty of eating choices (both restaurants and convenience stores). Room was pretty small but not really cramped. Seems like it's normal for the number of stars and the country it's in. One big window to the outside but not much of a view. Free breakfast in the morning is pretty good. Not a big area for eating but they do provide you with means to bring food to your room. Staff were all pleasant too. Definitely recommend it.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is included but not the best. Location is good — about a 5 minute walk from 2 different metro lines, and approx. 20-30 minutes via metro from the main attractions. Would recommend if you're looking for a budget hotel that is decently located.

Friendly staffs, decent location with easy access to shops and subways and good Wifi (100Mbps). Rooms are well-equipped with a TV, cups and tea satchets, boiler, fridge, hairdryer, complementary bathroom slippers and a night robe for each guest. Room cleaning services are pleasant; they will provide the amenities in a plastic bag if you prefer not to let them clean your room. However the lobby lounge is also used for guests to have breakfast which is kinda small and the food provided are limited.

The hotel was very clean and the service was great. Being from the states, I am use to larger hotel rooms so I was surprised at how small the rooms are. It was still very comfortable. Not the nicest hotel I've stayed in while in Japan but still very good.

Room is small (but normal for Tokyo). Breakfast is decent but not amazing. All amenities needed are available. Very fair price. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay for good value.

Experienced price gouging during check-in. Because there was a problem whilst booking the room online I could only book the double room for one person. When I arrived I let them know straight away. Even though the price for two adults for my booking would be less then $3 more, they charged me over $30. We were forced to pay or otherwise lose all our money to go somewhere else. I think it is morally wrong and unethical. On top of this the room was not properly cleaned — there was dust all over the walls which my wife and I were forced to clean especially given my asthma. I won't be staying at any of their hotels again.

Simple but very quiet.

Clean room, comfortable bed, decent home and speaking English, large bathroom and rich in small free accessories, powerful air conditioning and honest fare for the city.

This is a great place. The rooms are a good size, but small for us westerns with too much luggage. Its in a good location to see many tourist attractions.

Great location! Easy train access. I would give the rooms 3 stars but compare it to the rest of the hotels I've stayed in Japan it is 4+ for sure. Breakfast is OK (not more than that! ) and in our case it was free. ROI is the best we had in Japan.

Unpleasant. For a Westerner it's like a hostel. Invisible breakfast and in the lobby within walking distance of the reception. With almost no place to sit and relax. Tiny and low-functional rooms.

A very good budget hotel. Rooms are not huge, but they are big enough. No closet/drawers, but a few books on the wall allow you to hang a few garments. Comfortable beds. Entire hotel is kept very clean. Front desk staff were always very friendly. Very safe neighbourhood with a wide selection of restaurants within easy walking distance. Free shuttle to Tokyo station picks up at the front door of the hotel which was a nice unexpected surprise. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here in the future.

Centrally located Hotel with complete rooms. Small rooms but very well located. Poor breakfast due to lack of space and regular food.

This hotel is really great! Very clean, the service is awesome, it is close to Kabayacho station (2 min walk), Nihonbashi station (9 min walk) and a reasonable walk to Tokyo station. The front desk speaks great English, there is a free shuttle bus to Tokyo station (havent used it) and they even have umbrellas for you to borrow for free. Your stay includes a nice breakfast too.

Hotel location is very convenient, close to Tokyo station, Kayabacho and Hatchobori subway station can easily go to other regions. Opposite the hotel there is a 24-hour outlets and family Mart convenience stores. Hotel staff was also very friendly and communicate in simple English is not a problem. After they allowed us to check out front the left luggage office, because our flight was in the evening didn't start, so nice. The rooms are a little small, but still acceptable, because we spent all day outside. The only drawback is the bathroom smell of waste water, smelly. The rest of the cleaning was done very well. In this area there are few restaurants still open on Sunday, some restaurants will close early. But two restaurants are open 24 hours, and only a few stops away from the hotel, very convenient.

Basic but reasonably equipped rooms in a good location. I stayed here 3 years ago in November. The staff are very helpful.
