Koshinetsu Hotels

We had the best stay at this hotel. Staff and team were amazing. Great rooms, breakfast was yum, and hotel facilities were perfect for a ski holiday. Onsen was unreal after skiing all day.

We stayed here for 7 nights in Feb and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hakuba.

Hakuba Green Plaza Hotel is located in a fairly isolated area. The rooms are clean and in average condition—not particularly old, but not very new either.

Think of a stay here as a cultural experience time capsule. The rooms sure, are outdated or they are like you just stepped into an Austin Powers movie and are in a 1960s hotel room.

Really good place to stay in Hakuba. Great staff that are all so accommodating and friendly. They're happy to help when needed.

Great accommodation with kind and helpful staff. Breakfast was delicious and the happy hour was lovely and cozy by the fire. Highly recommend.

Located centrally a short walk to Happo bus station with easy connectivity to the slopes in the area. Our tatami room was traditional and spacious.

We had a great stay! The hotel offers only Japanese-style rooms, but they were very comfortable. The onsen was excellent, and we also really enjoyed the private onsen.

I stayed in a private double room. The hotel is very clean and nice with two washers and dryers. Self check in was very easy. I will have to come back during the winter for some powder!

Great dorm rooms and shared area the overall vibe is very chill.

Overall this was a lovely stay and the vast majority of the 5 star review from this experience comes from the fact that Alan and his family running the business are just such lovely people.

This house provides comfortable bedding, private onsen, complimentary breakfast and an awesome chill-out lounge room.

We loved our stay at Koharu. It is conveniently located at the bottom of the Sakka ski lifts, with plenty of shuttles available to take you to the other lifts and mountains.

Could not rate this accomodation higher. We had a fantastic stay at Koharu resort hotel and suites.

First impression with the staff was fantastic. The public area are great! The room was even better!

It’s more than just a hotel. It’s also an experience. 10/10, would recommend it to anyone visiting Hakuba.
All the staff were very helpful, great food, wine and amenities.

Friendly guest house in a charming village slightly away from the main Hakuba town area.

Layout of the room chi could be better for 3 big luggage, but it has kitchen and washing machine which is a plus. I need bigger pillow too.

Great Breakfast! About 7 minute walk (With ski equipment) to the chairlift. Rooms were nice. Good Stay.

This place was great! The staff were exceptional and very friendly and fun. Rooms were great with everything you needed, and quite big with a separatetatami room, and the beds were comfy.

Stay here! So clean and tidy. Rooms are spacious and well insulated. Great views and big windows. Beds are a little soft for me but super comfy still. We’re all happy here!

Thanks whitefox team for being especially helpful and prompt with our needs during our stay. A special thanks to Alex for making our trip even more memorable.

It is an beautiful charlet. We stayed for a weekend with our 3 kids and it was awesome. Very clean, cozy and well equipped.

Great location, hosts, and space.

We stayed in Hakuba for about a week and a half with a friend doing some backcountry snowboarding in Tsugaike, Cortina and Happo. Decided to stay at Sunshine Hakuba Lodge for 3 days to start with.
