Had an amazing 6day trip at this beautiful luxurious property. I will like to come back again and again… The room is extraordinary, the property is amazing, the service is brilliant. Special mention to Ashok (food staff) amazing behavyand service, he was always with us and helped us through everything. Archana (food staff) was extremely kind. Prasanta was very helpful and his service was too good. Prabhanjan is an artist his room service was overwhelming… Thank you over-all 10/10 experience.

Starting with Cons first…
Mayfair heritage use to be a prestigious name in hospitality specially in Puri, an epitome of luxury and impeccable service, but were utterly disappointed once we got into the room.
Room looked old and the bathroom didn't give the vibe of 15k per night room.
Drainage system was bad, water stagnation after 5 mind bath and floor looked like 2 star hotel bathroom. Fittings were rusted!
Fan regulator not working properly, tissue box was broken, Sofa cover stained etc etc.
High tea same menu everyday tea coffee and masala muri. Not expected from a brand like Mayfair.
No child menu.
In room dining takes 40-50 mins. Expect your soup to be cold!
Food was the worst part, exorbitantly charged, quality and quantity not justified! Too oily, cold soup, cold chapati.
After reporting to Dm Mr. Khageshwar, we were offered a room change, and a service staff Mr.
Prashant to take care of our food order.
A night prior to our check out we ordered very simple food Kadai Paneer and Chapatis and khichri, it was prepared as per our instruction, but next day we all had food indigestion. Specially my 5 year old daughter, who had vomiting & continuous loose motion and diarrhoea like state. And it was a nightmare entire night and travelling with a child from Bhuvaneshwar to Tirupati in such state.
My 71 year old father vomited and motions in train Enroute to Kolkata.

Irecently attended a wedding at Mayfair Waves, Puri, and it was a thoroughly disappointing experience.
The vegetarian food served during the wedding functions was extremely poor — completely tasteless, bland, and lacking even basic seasoning. For a property that positions itself as a premium brand, the food quality was shockingly below standard. At a wedding, food is one of the most important aspects, and this was a major letdown.
The property itself is not very large and feels quite underwhelming. There are too many stairs, which makes movement difficult, especially for elderly guests. It certainly does not feel like a luxury resort in terms of layout or convenience.
We were allotted rooms on the Heritage side, but had to walk over to the Waves side every single time for beach access and breakfast. The constant back-and-forth between the two sections was extremely inconvenient and poorly managed.
Most importantly, this property does not live up to the standards of other Mayfair properties in the state. I have experienced much better hospitality, maintenance, and overall quality at other Mayfair resorts. This one falls significantly short of the brand’s reputation.
There are several better properties nearby in Puri that offer superior service, better food, and more convenience. Unfortunately, this stay did not justify the brand name at all.
