Entire Hotel is wheel — chair friendly. Excellent arrangement, service, food. Recommendations: 1. Temporary plank arrangement to be made at one side of staircase to facilitate bringing of wheel chair at swimming pool side at Heritage. 2. There must be a railing at swimming pool staircase for ease of getting down at pool (required especially for senior citizens).

It was a great stay there. Very good and pleasant ambience. We had a great experience.

I’ve visited Mayfair, puri, the ambiance was really Exquisite. Food was properly made with perfect amount of spices (as per our order). Though dine, lunch and stay is bit of costly, but if you have a bucket list to visit puri and have a good private beach space and continental/ special food or stay at a 4.5 star beach cottage or hotel, I would recommend this to my friends, family and colleagues here for their stay, dine or lunch time.

Breakfast food can cure all sadness away of Mayfair. Great food.

Everything is good but, staff are little less conscious of sanitation and I feel that sanitation and cleanliness are the most important thing during this pandemic. There were too much hair lying on the floor near the sofa in the room. Even after reporting this to the staff, they were not very serious, rather quite casual. Not expected from Mayfair at least.

It’s the ambiance and presence of cozy creature comforts required for a holiday.

Excellent infrastructure and good ambiance! Bigger rooms with ornamental aesthetic. Food quality is very good and maximum hygiene maintained. Near to PURI sea beach (City Road) and sea facing rooms are available. Many more events are being organized most of the time. Good place to stay with family and spouse.

Located right on a clean beach at Puri, this is a great place for a relaxing few days. The rooms are in cottages surrounded by trees and artefacts making it a very pleasing setting. The rooms are well appointed and decently maintained. Two restaurants offer a good variety of cuisine — prices are a touch on the higher side and given the fact that there are no other decent eating places in the vicinity, you can feel a bit trapped! The hotel staff is very courteous and always willing to help. Facilities like a pool table, swimming pools, hotel-appointed lifeguards etc make for a pleasant stay. This property and the Mayfair Waves across the road offer common facilities for the guests. Worth a visit.

Rooms are quite spacious and well maintained. But the building because of its age needs a bit of regular care. Service is quite welcoming and everyone greets with a warm smile. The only thing is that the food is a bit over priced considering the other options available in Puri. Nonetheless… had a very comfortable and pleasant stay!

Very nice beach resort with the Jagannath temple also close by. Highly recommended for a family vacation. Has a good pool as well. The place has decent restaurants but expect service to take some time.

Beautifully maintained property as all Mayfair are. The hotel gives a panoramic view of the mighty Bay of Bengal. This part of the beach is not overtly crowded, hence can be peacefully enjoyed with family. Also not to forget, the food is wonderful with many options; especially the breakfast spread is sumptuous.

My dining experience was awesome. The front desk and reception staffs were amazing and so hospitable. Perfect location! Relaxed ambience!

One of the best hotel in puri. The view of the sea from your hotel's room window will amazed you. The sound the wind coming from the ocean when you sleep at night will give you a relaxing feeling. They have there own beach with lifeguard for your protection. If you are scared of sea you can even swim in the swimming pool of the hotel which is equally satisfying… the food here was good but my favorite was the dessert they serve in dinner and breakfast buffet. The room are very comfortable and the staff is also very cooperative. I was sick so I could not go to the buffet to eat I told my situation to the manager and they served the food in my hotel in my bed that the level of service here. Best hotel in puri if you love the view of sea and want great service!

One of the best hotel at Puri with all the modern amenities and features. Rooms are very good with clean bathrooms. Food is also very good and tasty. Location is a plus for people who don't love to stay in crowded place. Certainly recommend though prices are slightly above the expectations.

Great service, courteous personnel. Very well maintained beach side property. Nice restaurant and pool side bar made our stay memorable. The suites were large and nicely designed.

Amazing stay, well mannered staffs n good food in restaurant… The buffet spread out was good enough for all age groups. The toy room was not maintained well… Otherwise everything was very good.

The place per se is great. We were a total of over 60 people. Something with the water or food, almost half of us fell sick with severe stomach upset! I hope it was one off occasion when this happened. I have given only 3 stars because of this. Else I would have given a much higher rating.

Amazing place to stay. Step out of the hotel and you are walking in the most beautiful and cleanest beach in Puri-Model beach. The staff at the hotel are very helpful and the food is also amazing.

We just had lunch at the restaurant named 'Two States', in this beautiful hotel. As you enter the hotel, you are greeted by beautiful landscaping, sculptures of religious deities and mythological characters along with terracotta decor. Food variety, quality and services were excellent.   Hotel decorations were fantastic.   Located on the shore, a view of the sea is possible from the rooms itself. Excellent service, exceptionally courteous staff, comfortable stay. The well maintained aura of the place creates a warmth. Poolside, game room, spa — everything is thought of. Immediate access to an empty section of the beach is one of the best things about this place. A very good experience overall. Will definitely come again.

A superb place for weekend hangout. Both cottage and executive rooms are excellent with all necessary facilities. When it comes to food Dinner buffet is not good but the Breakfast buffet is awesome. For dinner/lunch go for Al carte. Hats off to the hospitality. Overall… u ll get a very good experience here.

Best in the city and provides amazing facilities. Can enjoy a good time here with your family. Service is good and food is delicious. Rooms are very comfortable. We stayed at Mayfair Heritage, Puri for a family gathering very recently. All the cottages were very comfortable and clean. Every inch of the property is very tastefully decorated and the whole thing with very well curated gardens gives it a serene and inviting look. There is a beautiful swimming pool and the property is right on beach. The staff was very very courteous and always willing to carry out your requests. At a really short notice, they made all arrangements for a small party. The buffet spread in their restaurant is also quite good and tasty.

Upscale resort, probably the best in Puri. Good views, Great hospitality, well maintained, Clean environment. Restaurant has good food and great service. It has Gym, pool, one can enjoy here full day. Highly recommended stay in Puri.

Upmarket, high quality & high reach hotel with all the facilities and grandeur… on sea beach with marvellous view, services & food… all the hotels of Mayfair chain all over India are excellent properties with all facilities. But these come at a high cost. These are upmarket Hotels which Rich Clients can only avail…

I went with my wife and 1yr old son for two nights stay. Big room with complementary mini bar and snacks. Furniture were nice. Room service was the best. Thanks to supervisor Dinabandhu for taking care of special food for my son. Overall experience was excellent.

It's a wonderful hotel, just beside golden sea beach. This beach is free from crowed and also clean. Service of this hotel oswam. Restaurant food quality is so testy. The swimming pull inside this hotel is great. But actually it is slide costly. The interior decorating entire the hotel is mind blowing.

I was at heritage for one dy, actually 1/10/17 was sundy. Dy cheated me blak meal me maximum tarif. N very rude behave by reseption lady. I know Mayfair awesome in bbsr bt puri I cry seriously. I had no option. Veg bufet very poor. Comeon don't blame Mr dilip he is a dream man.

Insanely awsome place to stay and dine. Location is @ bang on beach + the staff is very courteous + amenities are well maintained. Although this place might be a little out of pocket but when you'll be there it will be worth it.

Very organised & the staffs are also very helpful. The food is great. The tables are very neat. A perfect place for great foods. But the cost is on a bit higher side. The adjacent beach is very clean, less crowded, but you won't find any roadside eatbles there.

It is located right on the sea beach. The cottages are comfortable and spacious. The staff is very polite and visitors receive a warm hospitality during their stay. The restaurant is fantastic with original Odia themes spread around. The menu reflects a range of authentic Odia cuisine and the dishes and service are of the highest quality. A clean swimming pool to relax. A lush green ambience littered with crafts and sculptures remind one of the supreme works of art from the master craftsmen of a glorious ancient culture known as Utkala Kalinga. Would surely recommend it to all aspiring travellers to Puri.

This hotel has awesome location, it has superb potential but Y don't they have a open to sky seating Nr beach where u can enjoy the weather and dinner with candle lights … the pool side bar was closed with very poor knowledged service team. I had to request the F&b team to arrange candle light for couple, which was done halfheartedly … no doubt they have awesome food, they deserve more points & this hotel can do much better then what's it's doing now.
