Great service from check in to check out. Our room was clean, comfy and the AC worked! I run hot and need it cold and was glad to be able to put a nice chill in the room.

Really great hotel in the mountains. We stayed in a cabin that's about a 5-minute walk from the main lobby. The cabin is incredibly spacious and has a great kitchen.

I booked this hotel during a very busy Japanese holiday weekend, and I’m really glad I did. Considering it was peak season, the price felt very reasonable and definitely money well spent.

Booked through Booking. Com at a great rate during the tail end of Obon season. The hotel is very conveniently located right by the train station, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby.

We loved our stay at Koharu. It is conveniently located at the bottom of the Sakka ski lifts, with plenty of shuttles available to take you to the other lifts and mountains.

Could not rate this accomodation higher. We had a fantastic stay at Koharu resort hotel and suites.

This place was great! The staff were exceptional and very friendly and fun. Rooms were great with everything you needed, and quite big with a separatetatami room, and the beds were comfy.

So many 5 star things, so many 2 star things. The location is absolutely amazing, 10/5, the views are incredible and, since it is off the road, you don't hear snow plows!

This hotel is a gem. Not very big but inviting. The room is great, with a nice tatami room in addition to the usual room for beds.

This is a smaller hotel but it was an incredible stay. The service was incredible even when compared with some of the best hotels in Tokyo.

A beautiful location with ski in and out, which I absolutely enjoyed. Ski rentals, lots of restaurants, and ski tickets are all there.

I highly recommend this hotel for skiing beginners.

ICamp is a well positioned hotel in Naeba, with the ski lifts of Naeba in walking distance from the hotel. Easy access from Tokyo by Shinkansen, and bus. Parking available too.

Great experience at iCamp. The service was amazing and the hotel staff were super helpful. The hotel rooms are nice, but the common areas really make for a lovely place to unwind after skiing.
