Really nice hotel and stay. Service was top tier. The bath and rooms were great. The cultural and music presentation was really nice and my family really enjoyed our stay.

This a large hotel in a traditional style. It has hot spring communal baths and the rooms are traditional Japanese style with mattresses on the floor rather than beds.

We have just had a 3 night stay here and enjoyed the hotel.
The staff are very friendly and extremely helpfull.

Decent value onsen hotel, located in Yuda Onsen, about 10 minutes north of the station. Plenty of free amenities and a selection of pillows. Standard basic rooms. Decent onsen on the first floor.

I got what I expected. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. English not the strongest, yet sufficiently enough to get basics.
It's good to mention that the facility is not the newest.

Hotel Livemax Premium Hiroshima is a straightforward, budget-friendly 3-star hotel located near Hiroshima Station.

Nice comfortable rooms, and a short walk to the railway station.

This place was perfect and exactly what we need. It’s located very close to the main train station and Fukuyama castle, which we got to see in the evening.

We stayed in the separate building (in a downstairs self contained flat/unit) of Hosen Nagaya. It was absolutely beautiful and comfortable.

I think this hotel deserves its 5 stars for their service, location and offerings.

Really enjoyed my stay here. Very convenient location, close to many shops and convenience stores. Free snacks and drinks from 3-9pm in the lounge, which has a relaxing ambience.

The rooms are spacious and the warm toilet seats are the best we had in all Japan (including expensive Ryokans).

What a great hostel. Cute two person rooms and they were very well isolated. Staff understands English well and were helpful. Laundromats worked well too.

We stayed at this lovely onsen from 17th-23rd February while we explored Shimane prefecture.

Good place to stay. Dinner is really tasty. Its location is at start point of commercial street, so is good to walk around whole street then come back.

Outstanding everything. Service, room (Japanese style 12 tatami or so), location, food. All simply outstanding.

There were only two negatives to our stay: it was hard to get the room to be a comfortable temperature.

Nice onsen ryokan with good quality of hot spring. Get a cooled tea after an onsen bath at their stylish tea bar. Staff are very friendly and well trained.

The reception of this hotel is amazing. After arriving at the hotel from the shuttle bus, someone guided me to the place where the snacks were prepared and sat down.

The hotel is conveniently located, a 20 minute easy walk from the station. The room is nice and comfortable, while being on the small size!

A traditional Japanese style hotel with some modern amenities. Service was top notch, everyone very polite.

I have stayed at Super Hotel before, but this was the first time I was offered a welcome drink — and I even had the option of beer instead of soda or other fountain drinks.

Good alternative for staying near Okayama Station. The room is a bit small, but tolerable as a typical Japanese hotel. The public bath is good and a must-do during your stay.

I am currently having the hotel breakfast and I would like to compliment this female staff that is working alone at the dining hall on a Sunday packed with hotel guests.
